Thanks in advance.
Pinball Resource sells the acorn nuts but they do not list their size. You might want to give them a call at 845-473-7114. Good luck. Black Hole is a great game.
Found some in my stash but how the heck do I put them on? Hit em with a hammer? Or do they twist on?
When I replaced the plastics on my BH instead of the metal acorn nuts I used the plastic colored ones from Pinball Life:

Easier on and off and look much better. I bought an assorment of black, blue and purple and matched them to the plastics and am really pleased with the results.

Yeah they twist on. IIRC the playfield posts originally have just a blank end without any thread and the metal nuts cut their own thread as you tighten them down the post. That's IIRC

Yep, carefully use a nut driver.
Bigduke is right, the plastic ones are easier on and off, but the originals were the metal ones.
Has anyone ever tried making some light blue plastic acorns for Black Hole using white acorns and dye?
