Should I buy Hobbit, Next remake after MMR, Ghost Busters Premium if I can't source a LE, or Alien ?

I am biased. Get a Hobbit, no get a remake, no get a Hobbit, no get a remake. Consider who will help you with tech support.
If I were you, I would look at each game, especially play them and see for yourself if you can. And think of each one as if you will be stuck with it. And need to like it a long time. Don't think of resale or making or losing money later.
Think this through. Are you looking for challenge, fun, easy ? What do you want to get out of a pinball machine you buy ? Concentrate on what makes you or family members happy.
There is a lot of money involved in your decision. So please put comparable effort into making that decision. You'll be glad you did.
