I was at Halloween Horror Night (Universal studio) and they had quite a few men in white suits with helmets who were holding clubs and bossing people around. One was on a stand with a slogan Obey.
It reminded me of some dystopian world. I didn't take a picture (sorry) but I wanted to check out the source.
The 'Obey' slogan came from the 1988 movie They Live.
As far as men in white suits (hazmat suits, I assume) that is a staple in most post-apocalyptic sci fi movies.
Not those, they more had soft body suites like pit crew wear not armor.
No guns either but a baton like club maybe stun club.

My guess would've been The Walking Dead at the Commonwealth. Don't think they have helmets tho now that I think of it.
Do you mean bio suits? Like ET? Andromeda Strain? Pretty common in a ton of movies. They also do original haunts there, so it could have just been a conglomeration of ideas.
EDIT: nvm, didn't see you posted pics, but yeah, it was an original theme for them. Honestly, we went to HHN in 2019, and for the money, thought it was just okay. There are MUCH better haunted houses in Louisiana and CA - and cheaper.
