    I always had a fear of snakes for some reason. Growing up on the outskirts of Vegas there were sidewinders everywhere. When I was little I was golfing with my dad on the Oregon coast. He putted his ball in the hole and asked me to get it for him. I reached in the hole and there was a snake coiled up in it. I stood back and nearly shit my pants. My smartass dad reached in the hole with his putter, picked up the snake and flung it at me hitting me in the chest. Definitely didn't cure my fear of snakes.
