Being placed under anesthesia for a major surgery and waking up shortly after and not being able to move or communicate. And then having to endure the surgery and all the pain that comes with it.

I'm not sure if this would ease your concerns but I've watched two very good documentaries on the topic of cyber attacks on industrial control systems that you may be interested in....

Zero Days is the one that started it all. And the better documentary.
