I think the amount of plays is irrelevant if the game was maintained well. Cleaned and waxed regularly, changing the balls, along with other basic maintenance such as simple things like coil sleeves throughout and changing flipper shafts and links. What does 3200 plays matter if the game looks as great as this one along with having the topper which cost a few extra bucks?
