I currently have the Ideal 61-361, but unfortunately, the capacitance only goes from 200 uF to 20 mF, which can't even test the standard 50 pF capacitor on early Bally switches. So as I am going to get something to test at least that, I'd like to know what range should I have to be able to test everything I could possibly test.

I bought a DER-5000 not too long ago. It is apparently an exact copy of a more expensive meter. I haven't used it much but at least give you something you look over.
