$1 per game is fair in this day and age
I'm also in the camp of doing away with free games in most cases it seems like an outdated idea left over from the EM era.
When games had fast ball times with no ball saves.

The price didn't go up. Pins and vids ( except the big sit down moving contraptions ) were stuck at 50¢ during the 1990's.
