My current choice of 10 would be:
    The Punisher
    Game of Thrones
    Sin City
    Ice Planet (generic theme/title)
Dark City (generic idea or based off of)
Taken (generic idea or based off of)
    Harry Potter
    James Bond
    Mad Max
    Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Any other obvious or not so obvious titles out there that should be/will be or never be created?

    MBr And I'm dying tomorrow

DaveH - The game will have a beer dispenser that never runs dry and an automatic oven that puts out tasty pizzas instead of free games. "Extra Slice!!!!". And my voice saying "Hitta the red targeta for da pepperoni!"

    An epic Star Wars pin...

Time is not in our favor, maybe an original MB could suffice?

    IRON MAIDEN for sure...

    Pinball came...Across the field
It moved so fast...the Mylar peeled
It hit the pops...it hit the slings
I swear it flew...like it had wings

I played it hard...I played it well
I shook too hard...and made it tilt
But more balls came...out of the trough
They all drained too...now I'm pissed off

Tesla (the inventor not the car)

    #10 8 years ago

I like these you listed, they're deep titles, lots of places to go. Action, humor, little bit of violence, all well represented.

    Quoted from beachybrid:

    Sin City
    Harry Potter
    James Bond
    Mad Max

Along those lines that I'd like to see from some different sources:
    Fables (comic)
    Pink Floyd (music)
    Hitchhikers Guide (book)
Scott Pilgrim (comic but based on the movie would work)

And SURE as hell not the band!

    #13 8 years ago

Fables - interesting choice. Pink Floyd is a good one. Isn't an independent trying to make a "Hitchhikers Guide" Pin

    #14 8 years ago

Definitely a Star Wars to beat all Star Wars game. Somebody has to get it right.

    #15 8 years ago

    Donkey Kong Country

+1 for Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

I can just picture a very scantly dressed Jessica Rabbit on the back glass.

Add to that...Kathleen Turner doing some of the call outs.....woohoo!

    #17 8 years ago

Led Zep. Beatles. How about Led Zep and Beatles in the same game?!?! You could have a mode in which you are "Dazed and Confused in a Yellow Submarine"!

    #18 8 years ago

    Futurama.

    ShutUpAndTakeMyMoney.jpg

    #19 8 years ago

    Pulp Fiction.

    #20 8 years ago

    The Matrix
    HALO
    Game of Thrones
    Big Bang Theory

    #22 8 years ago

    Star Wars
    Aliens
    Army of Darkness
    Game of Thrones
    Godzilla

    #23 8 years ago

    Python's Pinball Circus

    #24 8 years ago

I'd love to see Johnny Cash and a modern machine with a Wild West theme.

Ha, a Gwar pin would be fantastic. So much theme and humor potential there. The drummer lives a few houses down from me so I'll ask him to get the ball rolling on that.

    #41 8 years ago
    Quoted from PW79:

    Three Stooges

    I'd be in on that.

Pinball Circus made the way Python originally envisioned it would be nice.
    Game of Thrones
A good NFL game with a choice of teams for the translite
    Journey to Mars (original theme)
    Pulp Fiction
    Clockwork Orange

    #42 8 years ago

In addition to GWAR (proposed earlier) how about a series of 5 "tribute to the armed forces" pinball machines, one for each branch? They could be produced by using the same playfield layout for each, but the games can differ based on artwork, sound, toys and (obviously) theme.

These would be good sellers... not just among pinball enthusiasts, but also among veterans in general. What former Marine wouldn't want to buy one of these for his man cave? Profitable + a cool theme. No reason not to do this!

    #44 8 years ago

OP posted Punisher that would be a sweet one

    Game of Thrones
    Cheech and Chong
    King of the Hill
    Resident Evil
    and probably King Pin
    Iron Maiden

Post edited by Munster: How could I forget MAIDEN!

    #45 8 years ago

Conan would be cool based on Robert E Howard's original comics.
    Star Wars redone
    Megadeth
    Iron Maiden

    #46 8 years ago

Apocalypse Now, Scarface, Slap Shot, Judas Priest 82 era.............

    #47 8 years ago
    Quoted from chadderack:

And SURE as hell not the band!

Hey!! I like the band Tesla as well so I'll take either Tesla (band) or Tesla (Inventor)!

    #48 8 years ago

    Tesla (Inventor) sounds good
    Ghostbusters of course
    Beavis and Butt-Head
    and more original themed games

    #49 8 years ago

    Shadowrun
    Ghostbusters
    The Crow (the good one)
    Top Gun (F-14 doesn't count)
Any decent Sci-fi... Alien, Firefly, Battlestar, etc.
    Rick and Morty
    Misfits
Formula 1 or a Rally racing game
    Beavis and Butthead

I'll stop there, I could do 50 more and then begin whittling them down.

    #50 8 years ago

The movie did drag in spots, but I think it would make an awesome machine! I can imagine some cool callouts, toys, etc.
