I have made some plastics.

Coin chutes for Gigi. The pin did not have any and they seem to be hard to find or very pricey. Almost done, these DIY chutes work perfectly. The chute material came from a mangled up Gottlieb coin door.

see the first JPG, green arrow - I had / have a spare stepper like the one in the picture, not having the bakelite plates --- broken off was the arm with the stepping tooth - see in the lower right corner "green arrow, red Y, 1, 2". A challenge - can I do a repair (?) - I tried to do a new construction with screws - hacksawed a new tooth and mounted the stuff --- and it works. My camera is no good --- at least the new screws and the new tooth You can see in the second JPG. Greetings Rolf

Modeled some lamp baffles, in both petg white and petg black. These were a big hit at the Allentown show.

In the process of restoring a recently acquired GTB 1965 Skyline I noticed that at some point the head of the rivet (at right side of pic) supporting the coil stop on the yellow pop bumper had sheared away. A quick and permanent fix was to use a brass bolt (3/16in) and grinding down the head. Extended thread was viced to tension the bolt then lopped off.

Made this a couple months ago for my Jackbot. The only parts I didn't recreate from scratch are the two metal brackets underneath. Had to invest in some tools but now I can re-rivet and replace any rusty/worn blue steel flaps on my games. Below it is the beat-to-shit original.

Rebuilding a STTNG that had been used as a donor for another restoration, so it was missing a lot of parts. Wasn't able to source one of the ramp switch brackets locally, so modeled it in CAD and 3d printed it instead.

Is that door sheet metal or wood? Could be anything under the paint.

Only thing I've made so far is a leaf adjustment tool from an old screwdriver. Works great.

The big center plastic was busted in half on my Jacks Open (they ALWAYS were!) This was before anybody was making repro plastics sets. Probably before the internet existed too. So I went to a copy place, made a color copy of the art, cut out my own clear plastic and stuck it on there. Didn't even look close to original but hey, wasn't busted anymore. Like I said this was a looooooong time ago!
I made a few bakelite flipper linkages too back then out of a small sheet of bakelite. I still have it.

Repaired a broken off tooth. JB Weld, popsicle sticks, painter's tape and dremel tool:

Nice work! I did one of these on my monster bash a few years ago when I didn't want to wait for the part to come in the mail. Be forewarned they do eventually fail! But those teeth look a little beefier than on my MB, so you might be ok.

Seeing as how some extra width wasn't going to interfere with anything I did make it wider. Also drilled small through-holes and roughed up the surface for extra adhesion. I don't think it's ever going to break!

I made my own wire forms, brackets and switch stacks to squeeze a long sequence of roll under gates into a limited space.

Most roll over and roll under switches are mounted below the playfield and have to be spaced further apart. I wanted them closer together and mounted in plain sight so I had to roll my own. See the whole game at:

I made my own photo cell for CC Sound Stage.
It worked very well for me.
It was tried by others who could not get it to work.

Made various steel brackets needed for Flash Gordon and converted a 4 stand up target assembly to 3 target inline and converted a single stand up to a stand up with memory.

From time to time, I'll need to make replacement rivet and wiper discs for vintage Gottlieb machines. Here are a few examples.

Pics 1, 2, and 3 show a few steps in the fabrication of a replacement Roto Pool wiper disc. As you can see in pic 1, the disc is secured to a rotary table on a drill press to ensure that the components end up in the correct spots around the disc.

Pic 4 is a custom wiper and rivet disc set that I made for the late great Steve Charland, for a Lucky Hand mod that he did.

Pic 5 shows a North Star rivet disc I made for a customer.
