My dream machine would be The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan.
The Lotus car, the Village. A vertical Fireball 2 "Dipsy Doodle" feature with larger balls to represent the Blob that always captured him.
It would be great as a 2-Player EM with Christian Marche style art.
The Beatles first allowed a song for a backdrop in the Series, maybe Paul would approve of a few more for the machine.

Rover would be a Prisoner game's main toy. Place it on a pivot crane that moves it up and down, place that on a motorised spindle that rotates it in an arc. Make the underside hollow with a magnet inside, and you can have it come down, bounce across the playfield, 'swallow' a held ball and take it back to a lock area. Add a sensor switch to it and you've even got a mobile bash toy.
I'd guess most on here have no clue what you are talking about. They probably think "I am not a number, I am a free man!" came from an Iron Maiden song. lol

Let’s see another musical pin - there’s Phantom and Tommy, so how about Cats? The million point shot would be after several modes ala WMS Indiana Jones, the ball would have to go into a hard to shoot ramp or hole, and then the ball would travel up on a tire and fall into a subway ramp back to the shooter lane.
Lots of music, lights, sounds!
