Thinking of making a 2 pin molex connector to my remote battery holder so I can easily disconnect it if I have to remove the board from the backbox.
I got a crimp tool, im just unsure what Molex parts I would need for this?

Molex seems like overkill, you'd probably just want a couple of spade connectors for something like this.

I use the .062" Molex terminals with a two pin male and female housings.
