What makes MM so pricey???

As a player and not a collector, my feeling is it's a solid game but not head and shoulders above a Twilight Zone or any other games of its era. When I played it on location back in the 90s it was no more popular than Theater of Magic. So yes, I think part of the price is collector hype.
