    Been a while since I looked at one of these but I'm pretty sure there are four holes in the larger plate, so you'd flip it over based on your picture and the board would mount to it with a heat sink between the board and bracket going through three holes in center for the bridge rectifiers. Again, I'm not 100% certain but that's what I remember. YMMV.
