Quoted from ForceFlow:Nabbed a Stern POTC at an auction in the middle of nowhere. It's in really nice shape--it probably was never routed, so this is probably my first HUO pin.
The hammer price was very far below the going market price for these, and I was dumbfounded that I won it, so I pretty much drove home like I stole it, lol
1 to scratch off that wish list of over 400
Odd as it seems i play my old system 1 games about twice as much as my new sruff .i think Torch seems very addictive i know im gonna like it
Quoted from 72Devilz:Was this machine before or after Gottliebs The Games, nice score and even better to find a Gottlieb machine of that age with perfect BG!
Before the games .The games is a pretty good player as well.
Quoted from Xtraball:Plowpusher, before playing a game take precautions now and protect the plastic over the right drop target bank. Always broken at the bottom where it mounts to a post. And if you ever happen to come up with an extra unbroken plastic please let me know. Thanks and enjoy the game, it’s one of my favorites and the game I’ve owned the longest, 10 years +/-
Torch is one of my favorites as well so much so that this is my second one i own now and on both games that plastic is broken . Pinsider tomtest had a topic about interest in that plastic for sale at $40 shipped so maybe he could reproduce some .
26BA9063-B373-4B82-974E-1FD7A1BC3BD4 (resized).jpegWell it didn’t look that far on the map but turned out to be 660 mile round trip to pay to much for #279 rated project pin . So tomarrow when I go to see my heart doctor I will ask if they can do a head exam or maybe the covid 19 just gets a guy stir crazy . All in good fun with cheap gas
Lots of fade so think will try my first decal job . All tips on best decals to buy and application tips welcome
My plan got busted as i had this in sequoia for 2 days unnoticed by the mrs. Got my youngest son lined up to help on saturday ($100 and tank of gas) when she was going to movie with a friend who canceled on her so now shes home .We start doing the move when she says what the hell is that . Oh just a $8,000 cactus canyon se i tell her and we can go order those 4 new counter height bar stools you want on monday . OK she replys in dis belief on were its going to fit .
I was going to set the over under at 21 days with my son ( how long it takes her to discover a new game in the basement as we always make a small wager) but so much for that wager .
