Quoted from davijc02:I one day hope my wife orders me a pin for my birthday and has it all wrapped up!
I have the same hope....maybe one day!
Quoted from GLSP3022:Some more shots
Nice pick up.
Looks like she is in good condition.
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Yyyyyyyyyeeeeessssss, finally!
One of my grail pins!
Looks like it's in good condition.
Quoted from Pinballdad1961:Estate sale find last week --- got so excited I forgot to take pic until I got it home and on it's legs.....lol
Any pics of it set up?
Quoted from jokerpoker:19 hr round trip bit sooo worth it. Running original code super low plays so much so it hasn't had a chance to dimple yet Had to get the topper. Awesome. Shaker and sub now fitted.
Nice pick up Scott.
One of the best interactive toppers ever!
Quoted from weaverj:fresh from allentown:
Scared Stiff is such a great game.
Any other mods besides the colour screen and eyeball shooter?
Quoted from weaverj:speaker kit and a backbox exhaust fan. never seen one before. skull pile? there's some alligator clips coming out of there. this game needs led's so bad.
oh, it's signed, too; nordman and freres.
Nice! I would love to have their signatures!
They are usually a little dark but will really lighten up with some LEDs and it will look a million times better!
There are so many great pins finding new homes in the last few pages that I'm starting to get very jealous!
Indy looks mint!
Quoted from MiamiRedSkin:Over the course of about a month, I ended up picking up all of these games and had them in storage in Chicago. This weekend, I rented a 6x12 trailer, and packed it tight with 8 machines. About 3 weeks ago I picked up a HUO NGG, TSPP x2, LOTR, and just this last weekend I picked up an original MM, Scared Stiff, Theatre of Magic, and Addams Family. I am tapped out physically, and especially, financially!!!
When I picked up B/W collection, we realized the staircase going up from the basement was way too tight to fit a game up. There are firsts for everything, and this time was hauling machines through a window....
That's a very nice group of machines!
They say half the fun is the find and getting them home but i know from experience that when you have to try and squeeze machines out through windows like this, it's a bit stressful. Bet you were relieved to finally get them loaded up!
Quoted from ToucanF16:Nearly home.
Tron is my most loved pin by myself and all my mates who come to play.
Enjoy your new pin!
Quoted from cycochris:just arrived from the other end of the country
I'm yet to find a CV to play and see if i like it. What do you think since I'm sure you have been playing yours non stop for the last few hours?
Quoted from NinJaBooT:Just arrived from Alabama!
Nice pick up!
I have been trying to find a NBA Fastbreak here in Australia for the last 12 months with no luck.
Quoted from mtdouble:Delivered last week, purchased without playing it before, very fun and much faster that I thought.
It's a great fun game.
Nice pick up.....especially having not played one!
Quoted from cheshirefilms:DFW Pinball Club member to member sale- a Spiderman Homecoming
Nice pick up. I love playing my mates Spiderman.
On a side note.....your Addams Family looks like it's in great condition!
Quoted from djreddog:Bingo!
I have never even seen this WWF in person let alone played one. What's it like?
Quoted from Aladdin:Sold a pin
and brought this original dedicated PAC-Man home. Didn't work, "it was just a fuse!" Score! It was in an Arcade then in the Arcade Owner's house.
Now I have it! Cheers!
Very nice! That's one i would like to have at my place one day. I wish we had more original/dedicated cabs here in Australia but they seem to be pretty rare.
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:Cointaker delivered my TWD yesterday. I called at noon to see if they had it in stock and they delivered it to my driveway by 5:30pm. Awesome service.
Wow that's fast!
I wish we didn't have to wait 3 months here for a pin!
Quoted from hoby1:BDK that was on rt. Will be up for sale here after shop out at a very reasonable price.
Such a fun pin to play. Nice pick up!
Quoted from jokerpoker:And this HUO beauty. LE in black.
Another great addition to your collection Scott!
Quoted from jokerpoker:And this HUO beauty. LE in black.
Another great addition to your collection Scott!
Quoted from joelreeves:Picked up this fairly nice Demolition Man on a roadtrip out to Colorado for my niece's high school graduation.
Pretty good trip.
Nice pick up. Good fun game!
Quoted from Elevatorman:This thing showed up a few nights ago!
MMR LE with color dmd, topper, shaker, side blades,a few other mods.
Congrats.
MM is my all time favourite game! Hope you enjoy it.
Quoted from brenna98:Finally found one!!
Nice!
I really liked playing Star Gazer when i found one a few years ago.
Any more pics of the cab/playfield?
Quoted from Schabs81:Fishtales
Nice looking Fish Tales.
Has yours been redecalled or just lucky to find one in good original condition with unfaded sides?
Quoted from dothedoo:Nice example! Make it more challenging and put lightning flippers back on.
Also, this too!
Quoted from Lord_of_the_pins:Brought this bad boy home today ! Thanks to a great pinsider
I like the powder coating....Looks really nice!
Quoted from simplykind:Somehow ended up with this one today
Looks like it is in great condition!
Quoted from IBARAKURO:Spiderman vault
I need to find a Vault Edition to see if i like it as much as the original.
Have you played both?
Quoted from Soulrider911:I just picked up probably the nicest all original IJ ever. Has been in a climate controlled storage for the last 23 years, the original owner bought it new. The coin media have never even been used... the thing literally looks like it was in a time capsul. Still has the signed cardboard with number off the assembly line of 33
That is an amazing find! Congrats on getting a very nice original Indy!
Quoted from McSquid:Firepower II from pintastic! Excellent condition, already LEDed. A few other guys were bummed when they saw me paying for it. Dont snooze on a good deal!
Nice pickup....congratulations!
Quoted from Thrillhouse:The guy only wanted $50 for it, i had to pay him more to keep the pin gods appeased!
Nice pickup!
Quoted from ita47:I just picked up my Star Wars Pro
Unfortunately I was told it didn't ship with code and that Stern was mailing me the SD card, so I won't be able to play it until that shows up
How the hell is it acceptable for someone to buy a brand new pinball that they then have to sit in the corner because it doesnt play!
That's pretty piss poor on Sterns behalf.
Quoted from MiamiRedSkin:I picked this up awhile ago but never took pictures of it. I was installing a slam ramp protector on it this evening, and snapped a few pictures. Picked this up from a person who said they unboxed it brand new, and from the condition, I believe them. This is probably the nicest condition game in my collection. Look at that shooter lane! It makes me scared to play it!!
That looks brand new! Absolutely mint....congratulations!
Quoted from dothedoo:This should be fun to work on this fall/winter.
Is there much work to be done on it?
Quoted from Epistaxis:Got this about 2 months ago for $200.
Looks like it is nice condition.
I have a good mate who is getting his Lost World tomorrow morning and i can't wait to hit it up!
Quoted from nascarrey:I've only been on this site for a few months, but this is by far my favorite thread! Everyone is excited to share their new pick ups! I really enjoy seeing machines that i've never seen before! And no bitching/arguing/down voting! lol
This is exactly why i like this thread so much. It's everyone enjoying and respecting people acquiring new pins, asking questions and learning a little about machines they wouldn't have normally looked at.
Such a great way to celebrate more pins being enjoyed!
Quoted from corvair61:Picked these up from Trent!
What is the third one? I'm guessing Star Wars?
Quoted from Cserold:Beautiful HEP WH2O
Wow! Just beautiful.....and so very shiny! Better get some white gloves to keep it clean while you play.
Quoted from vec-tor:I got a call from a guy that I did work for on his Bally pinball machine for many years.
He called and needed drop targets so I gave him what I had. He called a few days a go
" I need you to pick this game up". So I did, it was F-R-E-E. I felt sorry for him and
gave him $20.00 bucks. Apparently, he did something to it and blew it up.
The game is a Bally Supersonic. Black cabinet, bubbled back glass, and worn playfield.
I know I need post pictures; but the game is pure ugly.
Are you going to try and restore it or just play it how it is until it dies?
Quoted from Lord_of_the_pins:Brought this home today !!!
Very nice. Congratulations!
Quoted from smacks:Reeled in a Fish Tales today...been a while since I played this.
Nice pick up. Looks like the playfield is in good condition and it has plenty of colour in the cabinet art too.
I love my fishtales! Hope you enjoy yours as much...it's a great game!
Quoted from JohnDelNJ:Sold my Star Trek over the weekend and had this deliverd today!
I really like the look of the art on the pro over the prem/LE.
Happy new pin day!
Quoted from vec-tor:Love the Michael bash toy! (it made me snort).
Same.
I haven't seen that mod before.
Quoted from jokerpoker:STLE back in the family. Sold it regretted it. Bought it back. Tons of mods
Nice looking ST Scott! How did you sell something so beautiful?!
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:I bought this one around 2014 and it went straight from where I bought it to my daughters house. Well I finally brought it home today as they were no longer playing it. Probably will need to clean it back up.
Being a bit younger, i had to look this one up. Looks like a bit of fun! Congrats.
Quoted from Oilrat:Was a great weekend. Picked up Indiana jones and Monster Bash
Bloody great weekend by the looks of it!
Nice pick up and nice collection too!
Quoted from robertg130:Today was great,I picked a Road Show,Elvira and a funhouse,I will post pics soon
Nice trio.
Looking forward to pics.
Quoted from Cserold:Finally finished this guy
Nice work.
That looks so bloody nice!
Quoted from NightMutilator:Yay just got Fathom!
That looks so nice!
Congratulations on your new pin day!
Quoted from MFdePaulaJr:NBA Fastbreak
What a game ! Extremely fun and very underrated.
Looks like it's in great condition. Such a fun game and i agree, very underrated!
Quoted from Soulrider911:T2 restoration project !! Fully working, few things here and there. It overall decent shape! 1800.00
Nice! Looks like it is in alright condition. Wish we could still find projects like this here in Australia.
Quoted from Cloud7:I got 2 of my favorite pins today! TAF and LOTR! TAF is one of my most nostalgic games!
They are a great duo! Two of my most favourite pins.
Quoted from sulli10:X men in da house. Beautiful extremely low play example. Know to learn the rules.
Congratulations. Xmen is a great game.
Nice lineup too!
Quoted from DadofTwins:Bought my son the game he has been wanting for a long time.
Now that's a great way for a father and son to bond. Nice work!
Quoted from ChrisRAD:Bangarang! Local operator was letting go of his old stuff in favor of the new stuff.
Hook is such a fun game!
Enjoy.
Quoted from mark532011:Spotted a pin on an estate sale. The place was a hoarders nightmare. The guys running the sale said it took them 2 days just to clear a path to the room.
I talked them down to a price I was happy with.
The pin is an argosy EM and looks to be in great shape. My guess is something broke and he started piling things on it 20-30 years ago and it's been sitting there ever since. The back glass is perfect and the PDF doesn't even show any ball trails.
Nice find!
Looks like it's in great shape!
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Picked up this project. Just going to clean it up and play for a while before a full resto. Playfield has cleaned up well.
Nice.
It still has a topper too!
Quoted from Bos98:Original and still very RED! BSD has arrived for a full tear down!
Now that is a nice looking cab! Congratulations on getting a good BSD.
Quoted from AlexSMendes:Coming home...
Nice looking duo. Hurricane is such a fast difficult game and Junkyard is just great fun! Congratulations.
Quoted from kidchrisso:Man...pinch me! Can this week get any better?
Nice pick up....that looks amazing!
It looks like it's just rolled off the assembly line.
Quoted from V_piscopo:Snagged this hook yesterday. 2+ hr drive.......well worth it!
Nice looking Hook!
It's such a good fun game. I really enjoy mine.
Quoted from SpectreKombat:The Walking Dead was dropped off yesterday. My first NIB.
Nice pick up. Congrats on your first NIB!
I love the walking dead....it's such a great game to play!
Quoted from Broohaha:I suppose the logical question is: what should I put on either side of SM?
As many pins as you can fit!
Quoted from Colsond3:Awesome. You grab the tombstone cover in anticipation of getting one? If you need another, let me know.
Yeah i knew i was going to get a BSD as soon as one came up, and didn't want to miss out on the Tombstone mod! It all just came together this time.
Will message you soon!
Quoted from FlipMyBalls:Just brought these two beautys home in the last week
They are definitely a duo i would be keen to have!
They look great! Congrats on your new pins.
Quoted from jokerpoker:Nice pickup micky. I just sold mine to Hashman in Melbourne. He loves it. Fully restored with colourDMD. Awesome game.
Thanks Scott! It is an awesome game and so brutally hard some days. Makes you want to hate it, but it is so much fun.
I can't wait to start restoring mine next year
Quoted from drinkduffbeers:My most stunning addition to date
Looks great!
Congratulations.
Quoted from jokerpoker:Finally got another one of these. Missed it when I sold around 2 years ago. HUO and 478 plays. Hardly a dimple
Let the modding begin. Found a speakerlightkit I had lying aroundfrom before. Some nice Tilt Graphics speaker panel and side blades from Jose. Really lifts that boring black speaker panel. Shooter rod from mikeincali great stuff. I will get around to the undercab lighting from rock914. Thanks again Chris. Lastly some very nice stuff from Robert hooked that it is the air as we speak.
Oh and managed to track down a 3D Laseriffic topper. One of Joes best. Hope you are going ok Joe. laseriffic
Nice pin Scott! Can't wait to see pics once you have added all the mods.
Quoted from Lord_of_the_pins:Brought this super nice mettalic powder coated ST pro yesterday thanks to another great pinsider !
That colour choice looks great! Congrats on your new pin! ST is such a fun game.
Quoted from dmieczko:Finally!!
Looks like she has had a good life making money for the previous owner(s).
How is the playfield?
Quoted from dirkdiggler:This one delivered by a awesome pinsider. Thanks jesperpark for a fun, challenging game. Enjoy your new game!
Nice pick up. I really enjoy playing transformers.
Your looks very hazy in the pic though.
Quoted from Skyemont:No Fear and Black Spiderman.
Nice dual pickup! I would love to have all 4 of those games in your pic one day.
Quoted from Jenk540i:Seller gave me a copy of the original receipt where he purchased it from an arcade in 1997 for $2850. It sat in his house ever since. Not a lot of plays. Needs a good tuneup and clean up but should be real sweet once that's done.
Nice pickup and a cool story that comes with it. Should look brand new after you give it a decent clean up.
Quoted from jmountjoy111:I have been trying for five years to save these two bad cats. No they are not the super rare orange version lol. They both have some playfield wear but both boot up. I should get a decent player out of it.
Would love one of these but they are a little rare here.
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Been looking a while for this one.
Looks like it's in great condition. Has it had a full restoration already?
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Have you ever seen pictures of pin that looks much better than the game does in person. That's this pin. It is very photogenic unlike me who has one eye closed and pulling some painful expression in every photo ever taken of me.
Don't get me wrong it's not a basket case by any means.
The decals have been ripped off in places and hand painted(badly). Back box hinges have been bent and having problems folding it down. Playfield has horrible touch ups everywhere. Broken plastics and ramps.
The coin door is new, back glass is original and perfect and it plays so it definitely has some very good points. These photos look much better than it actually does.
It came with a replacement playfield in much better condition, new decals and new cpr plastic set. I have spare ramps.
Still doesn't look too bad and with all the spares you got with it, it should look great once you have given it the full resto treatment.
At least since it works, you can play it and enjoy it for a fair while as you get everything you need to do it up.
Quoted from jsa:I'd love to know a bit more about this restoration. Did you do this yourself? It looks fantastic.
+ 1 to this!
Star Trek Next Gen is one of my favourites. It can kick your ass big time with those outlanes but it's so much fun to play over and over.
Quoted from J85M:Finally restored some of my favourite Sterns back into my collection, that I was forced to sell a few years back, thanks to my lovely ex!
Nice choice of games! It's a shame you were forced to sell them before but no doubt you will ne playing non stop now and enjoying them!
Any pics of them all set up?
Quoted from Puffdanny:Sellers photo but she's loaded up in the back of the truck.must be a Motordome week.
There are definitely a few changing hands at the moment!
Quoted from corvair61:Picked this bad boy up tonight. Another grail landed.. She’s minty fresh too!
That looks so nice! Congrats.
Quoted from JodyG:A few days ago... Loving it so far!
I have a good mate who has a Torpedo Alley and i love playing it. It's a great game. Having a shaker would be a great idea!
Congrats on picking up a nice looking one.
Quoted from ctswhole:We made it fit two pins in a mini van. I wrapped them well and drove easy they made it just fine from California to Oregon. I am loving both of them the Iron man is amazing and my wife loves the spider man black.
They both look great!
Nice pick up.
Quoted from cycochris:One from my wishlist
Nice pick up.
Judging by your decorating behind the pin, you are hoping all the rumors are true that Stern will be announcing Iron Maiden soon!
Quoted from Bugsy:Feels good to post here again. Always gotta get a pic of the game loaded in the back of the car.
Nice! Absolutely love playing my Fishtales. It's always a favourite when i have friends over.
Hope you end up getting some nice decals on her one day. It's a shame they fade so badly.
Quoted from egyptrus:There’s a fire! In my car.
I haven't played a Fire! in a few months now....that bell is torture for me. It's so loud! Good, fun game though.
Quoted from Colsond3:No...another one? Wasn't planning on grabbing this, but didn't want it to sit for another 10 years untouched. Another one saved from certain peril.
You are a machine when it comes to finding new pinballs!
Quoted from Rensh:Why .... can .... I ...... not .... resist
I giess Price was right and my last project was already finished for over a week ....
Typically I am not a pat lawlor fan but never played TaF much so we will find out.
Doesn't look too bad from your pics. Playfield looks pretty good.
I love TAF. Such a great game!
Finally got my latest purchase home.
I purchased this machine back around the start of December from Victoria, which is about 1900kms (1200 miles) away, and was hoping to have it delivered just after new years. Long story short, lots of things went wrong with transport that was already booked etc and i finally got it home this week. Ended up still having to drive 400kms (250 miles) each way pick it up from the nearest capital city....also picked up some other pins for local mates while i was going.
I wasnt sure i would like it as it is a little different from most normal pinballs. But after just one game both my missus and I were hooked. It is the differences and the unique gameplay that definitely make it a winner for us.
I had a few mates around last night and everyone really enjoyed playing it. I might have to see about finding a second one later in the year.

Hope you can find one!
Quoted from wayout440:Now I own 2 out of 3 of,my holy grail games! Thanks Todd! SpaceTimeGuy
FT is such a great game! Enjoy.
Quoted from rjbowes3:They’re right- game is underrated.
If only more people realised how good Xmen really is!
Quoted from AJB4:Another grail pin checked off the list. Hopefully going to bolt this one to the floor...
Looks great. Another one i would like to own one day.
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:Not a pin but bringing this home now Grandsons are going to flip out
Nice!
Maximum Force is awesome fun!
Quoted from FuryosJustin:Picked up project fish tales. Needs a lot of work. Good winter project
Another Fishy project and just across the ditch too. Nice pick up. Hope it doesn't need too much work. FT is such a great, fun game.
Quoted from tjprice222:Oh man! I’ve been looking for a Creech for a while. Can i call dibs on the project one when you get it ready to go?
Shipping would be so very expensive....Boof-Ed is in Australia.
Quoted from dmcinnes:Over a week late but here’s my first pin!
Had to take the back box off to get it through the door which was a bit nerve-wracking, but it made it!
Congratulations on your first pin! The second one will follow soon then they will start breeding!
Quoted from Skyemont:Not much compared to some. Picking these up tomorrow.
Alien Poker is a good fun game. I was playing a mates just last night.
Quoted from gsrogers:I picked this up....Poor Tron
That poor Tron.
Hope you can fix it up to it's former glory!
Quoted from Chuckles37:Thanks! My budget only allows for one right now, but I'm sure I'll end up with a few more at some point.
We are all sure you will end up with many more in no time!
Quoted from AUKraut:Quick run to Hotlanta for a quick pickup this morning.....
Tron!
Keen to see some pics of it set up with that awesome looking powder coated armour.
Quoted from Rensh:Had a roadtrip yesterday with a friend and Picked up a once routed TWD. Have some cleaning to do but cabinet was near perfect and should clean up OK.
A pin of my favorite TVseries. Always nice
Only hope the false start doesn’t represent the future. On the second test play at home the hinge of the well walker broke off
Looks like your new Walking Dead has had quite a few plays.....or more likely your well walker has been bashed to death!
Quoted from pfcjimmy:Brought this home last night.
Should clean up nicely.
That looks really cool!
Wow. There have been some great machines picked up and really decent prices on this last page.
Congrats to all you great people!
Quoted from TractorDoc:I know it is not a Pinside favorite, but I hauled home a clean Waterworld. I am one of the five or so people that liked the movie.
[quoted image]
[quoted image]
Big Thank You to sodacrack for meeting me/helping load up the game.
Well I'm number 4 then, so there must only be one more person who likes it out there.
Quoted from Colsond3:Dundun...dun...dundunt.
[quoted image][quoted image]
You're a machine man! You bring home so many pins.
Quoted from Bos98:It has been a fairly wild 2 months. Trades and sales have really changed the line up. I guess NIB is how I roll now?
Photos in no particular order.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Nice NIB triplets! All great games!
Quoted from Skyemont:[quoted image]
Roller Coaster is a good fun machine. Congrats!
Quoted from Colsond3:Heading back from CT. Dropped off T2, picked this up. Additional pic taken of game in seller’s house before I left per the new thread requirements.
[quoted image][quoted image]
Thank you for following the new rules
Quoted from Bud:Deadpool in the line up
[quoted image][quoted image]
Wow that was fast.
What are your thoughts so far?
Quoted from jokerpoker:Aaaaaaand I must be a sucker for boomerang games. 20 hours round trip to get this IMVE beauty back. Traded STLE (lol which I had also bought twice) I seem to be developing a Marvel theme which I hadn’t realised. I just love the variation in game play.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Nice lineup!
Good to see Iron Man back in your gamesroom.
Quoted from Classicgames99:Got my fish tales setup
[quoted image]
Love my fishtales!
Your decals look pretty good too.
Quoted from Pinballer22:Unfortunately been a busy weekend and haven’t even powered it on yet!!
[quoted image]
Poor little deadpool....he is suffocating under that plastic!
Quoted from pinballwil:2 machines in this month.
Full throttle out.
[quoted image]
Two great machines!
Quoted from dmieczko:Not pins, sorry... But I was able to grab three classic uprights this week!
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Nice pick up. Those classics are so much fun to spend as few hours on.
Quoted from Nyraiderfan:loaded up and ready to go home, I’ll post pictures after I set the machine up.
[quoted image][quoted image]
No Fear is a great fun game.
Such a shame the cabinet fades so badly though.
Quoted from dirtbag66:Pretty safe to say he was happy to see Twister back in the lineup!
[quoted image]
Now that is what pinball is all about. Bet he was so happy to see it back!
Quoted from jokerpoker:Finally found one of these after a long search. 8hrs round trip. Ahh gotta love a road trip!!
[quoted image]
[quoted image][quoted image]
Nice pick up Scott.....she must be a nice machine for you to put her in your collection!
Quoted from Pinhead306:Not a pin but the people I bought the rollergames off of also had these for sale. I didn’t buy them cause I don’t know anything about them.
[quoted image][quoted image]
They look pretty cool. I would have grabbed them.
Quoted from CaptainRedEye:My second pinball.
Monday Night Football
Thanks Steve Bedi.
[quoted image]
It doesn't take long for them to start multiplying!
Quoted from robertg130:Sorry guys,I score 10 pins
Including a Tz, Taf,IJ,TSPP x2,FS etc
[quoted image][quoted image]
Now that is a bloody good score!
Quoted from whitey:Do baseball pitch n bats count ? Valley Dynamo Zombie Baseball
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
The art work on that looks pretty darn cool!
Quoted from Lemank:It’s been awhile since I posted but this followed me home today. The seller was super local and great to deal with.
[quoted image][quoted image]
I'm really hoping you take some of the colour puke out of your new Addams. It really takes away from the great artwork.
Quoted from GCS2000:Just dropped off by an awesome pinsider. Thanks to Jeff from Pittsburgh, PA for the delivery
This should be here less than 12 hours and hopefully headed to it’s new official home.
Have to admit it’s a pretty solid game. Not my cup of tea at all but it feels solid and plays really well. If I was into RZ or horror I would hang on to it for sure. Nice job Spooky Pinball
[quoted image]
Spooky did a good job with this one. I'm a fan of RZ and love the theme and feel of the game. Every chance I get I have a few games on a mates machine.
It's been a while since I have posted in this thread. Finally got myself another machine and it was a great deal that was only 800m from my house.
The cab is a bit rough but underneath the dirt it looks like the playfield will clean up pretty nice. The screen isn't working either so I will have to do a bit of reading to work out what it could be but still stoked to get a new pin in to play around with.
20190404_185653 (resized).jpg20190404_200417 (resized).jpg20190404_200709 (resized).jpgQuoted from OTTOgd:Meh. Not as much fun as Royal Flush.
Take your negativity elsewhere. This thread is a decent one where people can be happy for others. That's why I love coming in here every day!
Quoted from Saddath:Others were right when they told me: "If you buy one, be careful, they tend to multiply"
After my ToM a year ago i got a BSD now at my home. I love the game so far. But oh man, it does kick my ass. Left ramp looks so easy to hit and I already lost count of the times i hit that f*** post
[quoted image][quoted image]
Those are two great pins! BSD will kick your ass over and over and can just really piss you off sometimes, but then you will have an amazing game and love it again.
Now you have two machines.....watch how quickly they start multiplying!
Quoted from Trooper11040:Should I get the LED or LCD?
You would be better off looking at both a LCD and LED and deciding yourself which one you like.
Quoted from HighProtein:Junk is in this Yard!
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
I have always wanted a Junkyard. Only played a handful of games but I really enjoy the quirky theme. Congrats!
Quoted from KSUWildcatFan:Haha yikes, this was a mistake. PF likely isn’t savable.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
What is that in the shooter lane?
Quoted from shacklersrevenge:My Pinfest haul, all complete, all done.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
What a haul!
Quoted from Colsond3:It’s definitely a day for project games…or maybe two.
[quoted image][quoted image]
That's really cool! I would be happy to just see one in person.
Quoted from pinmister:Yes Soulrider911 put his blood, sweat and tears into this machine-literally(it is a masterpiece). He is a real stand up guy that not only held the game for me but also went to pick up my Tommy across town, then took it back to his home and fixed a faulty switch on it. He then helped pack both machines for STI pickup. Shout out to Soulrider911-Super cool pinsider!
And that is exactly what it is all about. People helping each other out. There are some absolute legends in this hobby!
Quoted from starfighter:A few Space Station open crate pictures.
I will submit HD images to the IPDB.org archive in a week or so.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
That is very cool! Nice pick up.
I got a project No Good Gofers a little while ago and finally got it up and running. It is definitely a players machine that needs a bit of work but it is a bit of fun and my little dude is loving it. "Smack the gofers daddy."

Had to leave my Great Aunt’s 89th birthday party early but how can I say no to free space invaders!
They were about to throw this guy in the dumpster too!
(If you know where I can get a replacement coindoor please let me know!)
[quoted image]
That is just crazy! How many pins and arcades are still being tossed out when it is so easy to jump online and see they are worth a few bucks.
Quoted from Playdium:Don't let this happen when playing Monopoly.
Always with the Taxes!
Quoted from FelixTCat:I had one many years ago and have regretted selling it forever. This one's not nearly as nice as the one I had but it should clean up well and I won't make the same mistake twice[quoted image]
T2 is such a good fun game. I wish I could find another. Congrats on getting it back into your lineup!
Quoted from TheCnyPinGuy:[quoted image]
TSPP! Nice pickup. I need to find another simpsons.
Quoted from Nikrox2:Well, It may not be a "real" pinball machine, but my 3 granddaughters did one heck of a job making me one for my birthday! Pop Bumpers, Pinball ready to shoot out, Flippers (and flipper buttons on the side, ok gumballs, but they looked great!) Yeah, the score reel is the birthdate!
So these little ones know something about these machines already! Had to share!
And no, I will NOT trade it for any game (Ok, maybe half of it is still left if someone needs a sugar rush!)[quoted image]
That is really cool! Happy birthday!
Quoted from guitarded:Nice!
I think, and don't quote me on this, that you get a Platinum Level Membership to this place for Free if you make it an entire year before you get your second one.
So many failures. The disease is strong...
Quoted from bob_e:Well it is whole house: heat, A/C, well pump, and the FRIDGE too... gotta keep the beverages COLD.
Always important to have cold beverages in a time of need!
Quoted from bob_e:So last Wednesday I ask my bride if she wanted to go on road trip to spend $$$$
She first thought I was going to buy yet another pin.
I think she has worked you out
Quoted from Colsond3:Busy day with a trip to Maryland, then back up to Lehigh Valley. Picked up my touched up & cleared Spidey PF, a Pub Time and a new pet.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
As creepy as it sounds, I love seeing that smiling face with a new machine inbound! It is great to see all the machines you find and bring home.
Quoted from Nihonmasa:Yesterday's haul was the Mousin, today's the F14 with extra pf. Sys11 week end!![quoted image][quoted image]
Two good, fun games. Congrats on your new pins!
Quoted from chad:I know your pain![quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Is that from a coil locked on?
Quoted from V_piscopo:Taxi is out, and x files is in![quoted image]
Quoted from TractorDoc:Its been awhile since I've had that new-to-me pin feeling.
Yo Taxi!![quoted image][quoted image]
What have you two been up to?
Quoted from jokerpoker:Pinball Magic arrived before TWDLE but was relegated to the corner until I had more time.
A really nice one that a young guy here (great job Duncan) put a lot of time into getting it right. Playfield is beautiful and the chrome hardware work really well. I had one before but playfield was crap. Topper is on its way from Tilt
[quoted image]
That's a nice lineup Scott!
Quoted from snyper2099:A devil? Nah... Maybe you could somehow convince others in the thread you are not just a common flipper though... but I doubt it. Besides it’s nearly impossible to convince anyone on this site of anything.
When you go buy the games are you like tingling nervous and stuff like what if they change their mind and you can’t flip the game for some horrific reason? You may as well be flipping 80’s Camaros and Cadillacs.
“Bringing a game home” is completely different than cramming as many as you can fit into a storage unit and only focusing on buying what you know you can flip. Others may have an I don’t care attitude and that’s fine but it at least “taints” or at minimum, devalues the other user’s posts in the thread when they just got a new game into their “home arcade” that they have been wanting on for years. Carry on!
Quoted from snyper2099:That’s good then. You don’t know me. I don’t have a “business” unless you count selling pinball mods for my friends or repairing games for free... I’m not going to get into an argument over who the better pinball person is here. That’s not why we are here.
I’m glad you try to lose money on pinball, give away pinball, and bend over backwards for people. I didn’t want to upset anyone.
What do you want? Do I need to say you are not a flipper? Do you or everyone in the thread just need to know it? Being a great person and posting pictures of a game in a thread have zero to do with each other.
I thought some posts were just cheapening the authenticity of the thread... Impossible to say anything on here without the torches coming out anyway so I don’t know why I even care.
Thanks for coming in here and contributing to one of the positive threads on pinside. Your posts have been great.
At least we all now know not to deal with you.
Quoted from mystman12:Today I learned that Data East cabinets are a few inches wider than Williams games.[quoted image]
Yeah I know I could have removed the head but eh, this will just make it easier to get pins in and out in the future haha.
[quoted image]
Commitment to the pinball sickness of collecting......I like it!
