Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:HUO TSPP with all the mods (color DMD on the way) purchased from bdaley6509 (great seller btw!) and a brand new IMVE w/ shaker and FF backbox flasher kit. A month ago I had no machines, luckily I am constrained by space and three is my max. Safely delivered by the always courteous and helpful Paul Drabik of Wanna Pinball. Can't recommend him enough if you're in the NYC metro area.

Welcome to the TSPP club!! Nice looking game. I love my TSPP. I don't see it leaving any time soon.
Quoted from BeaglePuss:Just brought this guy home Purchased it from a Bowling Alley, and they loaded it up for me! That's something I can't say I'm too use to.
Check out that sweet button wear too!!!
So your the lucky one who got that off of craigslist! Congrats, that was one hell of a deal.
Quoted from Oneangrymo:Hey guys, my Star Trek came with a damaged playfield glass rear channel. That plastic lip thing that the glass slides into. Do you guys know how to replace it? Any instructions? Thanks!
Post a separate thread and I'm sure like 10 people will have an answer for you. But I can't sat that I've ever had that issue. GL
Quoted from sd_jameson:Ya know I wondered the same thing, didn't bother haggling and didn't bother asking any questions. I don't know if the guy was on his trip still or what but when I gave him the money he asked "is that how much I put it up for? Okay." He had put the ad up like 12 hours before. Then he laughed. Then I nervously laughed. The whole thing was pretty uncomfortable. I'd be happy to share my encounter with listening ears!
I had a very sketchy experience when I picked up my TSPP years ago. I'll spare you most of the creepy details but leave you with this. He had a parrot in his bedroom and the thing kept calling out his name... Rob ... Rob.... Rob... I literally burned my tires getting out of his driveway.
Does Pascal make boards for that game? I've heard great things about his kits. http://www.flippp.fr/boards.php?lg=en
Quoted from ForceFlow:I kind of think that was a fake ad. It's not the first time I've seen a "free" star wars game listed in the Boston area.
I had a suspicion it was fake too. But what would the benefit be for someone to post a fake ad like that? Just curious.
Quoted from ForceFlow:To collect real phone numbers to add to a call list sold to telemarketers, I would guess.
ahhh that makes sense.
Quoted from Coz:Unboxing time!!! First NIB
That's awesome!! I played one in Montreal recently and had a blast.
Quoted from V_piscopo:Scored this Bally escape from the lost world today. Third pin this week!
Great score! I think that might be the same one I was going to look at. Couldn't pull the trigger as we just bought a house. PF looks awesome!
Quoted from V_piscopo:Thanks! It's in pretty good shape.didnt need much work. Got a good deal on it too! Congrats on the house.hopefully it will have a game room?
Yeah we will have a decent game room big enough to fit a few pins and an arcade game. There have been some great deals going around lately such as that DE Star Trek for about 1k. Normally I have to travel out of state to get pins.
Quoted from Scoot:I finally have a pin of my very own. Works great for not being serviced for 15 years. The only problem is I have no space for it. Who really needs a dining room table anyway...
You could easily fit another in there Congrats! The wife and I had 5 pins in our living room / kitchen setup in a tiny condo. we put the couch in storage lol. Welcome to the club and sweet looking game.
Quoted from Coz:Just picked up this mint huo LOTR. Wow! It’s in near perfect condition
Drooling over that pin!
Quoted from Phat_Jay:Bought a bsd, and stopped for lunch on way home. Got to play some maiden and met too!
how was the best pizza on the planet?
Quoted from northerndude:I kind of thought that was a bold statement myself, but hey, probably a good marketing scheme to get everyone in at least once to test it out!!
Quoted from Zavadoza:PSA: "What machine DID you bring home today?" As in, show a pic of the game you BROUGHT home. Not show us your mug and part of a cabinet bringing a game home. That's just not as exciting to us as it is to you. This isn't directed at any recent post, but all posts that fit this description.
So please, take a pic before it gets in your vehicle or after so we can celebrate your new addition with you and get a look at the game. Thanks!
Quoted from V_piscopo:BARN FIND! Looks like these mice are going to need a new home. Will actually clean up real nice!
[quoted image][quoted image]
Congrats man!! I picked up the same game in similar condition this spring. cant wait to start working on it this winter.
Quoted from jorro:And finaly a nice JP back in my room , i strangely missed it.
Baywatch was part of that deal, and must say suprisingly nice game.
Gonna hunt for chads rom updates on both soon.
[quoted image][quoted image]
Is that a grand theft auto back glass I see? I assume its custom, but can you post more photos of that?
Quoted from northerndude:As I just messaged the seller, the three hour tour is over, Gilligan in the house.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Congrats! Gilligan is a very underrated game. I had one in my small collection for a few years.
Quoted from freddy:Loving this on theme alone! never seen one. how about a play field shot? I'am jelly!
Yeah!! lets see a pic of that playfield!
Quoted from Hdmike444:A friend who does repairs got a call about some repairs the guy needed to sell some pins so he passed the number along thinking we could buy them as is do I worked a deal for them. Guy was happy and so were we
Awesome score! nice to know deals still exist! I feel like I haven't seen a deal in years.
Quoted from woody76:Free, yes you read that correctly.[quoted image]
That's so awesome! How did you find it? Craigslist, facebook, word of mouth?
Quoted from pfcjimmy:I know a great place for some hot dogs![quoted image]
Wow that machine is pretty! Love the theme
Quoted from AntennaMan:It is my birthday, so I had to buy something. It was only 5 minutes away, the closest before was 2 hours, so I had to buy it just on this basis. When I called the guy, he answered by saying, "Jeff?". He already knew me & I him. Played golf with him and his dad. Have got all my flooring from them. They're customers of mine. Never knew he was interested in pins. Funny thing, I had looked in at least a week for pins on CL and was only there looking for a cheap pellet stove to heat the new workshop, but eventually entered pinball. Did a triple take. Couldnt believe any machine was right here in town.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Congrats on the local score bud!! Pins in VT don't pop up often, let alone a stones throw away. Looks like a super fun game.
Quoted from VALIS666:It has been on a journey across the country almost as long and perilous as the S.S. Minnow itself, but my Gilligan's Island finally arrived today and found a nice home in between Beatles and Batman '66. Someday I'll finish that row with Munsters and Addams Family. The previous owner did a sharp job with the LEDs and little plastic palm trees gorilla taped everywhere (not to mention new island motor, switches, rubbers, etc.).
[quoted image]
[quoted image]
Gilligan's Island is a very underrated game! It was my first DMD game and lasted a few years in my lineup. Great game to teach newbies on, and more experienced players still have fun on it.
