Quoted from frisbez:Last pickup of 2023 was a good one!
Little bit of work to do on it but it is playing nicely.

That would be a fun one to test one’s paint touch-up skills!

One of the last titles on my gotta-have list, I lucked out big time just this afternoon. A HUO ‘78 Strikes and Spares, being sold from the family home in suburban Chicago (by the two adult children who were raised in it) on behalf of their elderly father. I was told it sat in the same spot since 1979, in a basement rec-room (which from what I can tell, likely never saw sunlight). Their dad worked for a company that sold lightbulbs, and “thinks” he sold to Bally, and the game may have been given to them. Either way, with the exception of nearly 50 years of rec-room dust, it is about as pristine as they come, and will clean up really well! Looks like the manuals, also pristine, were the only things that showed any sun fade! I don’t think they realized how desirable this title can be, especially in this condition!

Beautiful game so far
Still outside in the garage, but there’s slight wear around a couple of the bonus inserts, and some ball swirl. Can’t wait to clear her up some.
Quoted from PalmettoPinworks:Just looked on the Magliner site. That is an approximately $830 hand truck.
I'd buy one INSTANTLY for $830!! Do you have a link??
There's only a few that look like that, and the least expensive one is over 6K.
Quoted from ToucanF16:That’s quite a roadtrip! I drove 3,010 miles to Phoenix almost five years ago to get a Lexy Lightspeed. Pic was taken near Moriarty, NM heading back home to Mississippi. [quoted image]
Your photo made me chuckle. I couldn’t help but imagine it was taken during a roadside pee break!
