Quoted from Snowyetti:Smb Mushroom World thanks mike at gap image.jpeg
or " SMB - Honey I shrunk the pinball"
Quoted from galaga50:My first EM.
I've never seen a machine with more ways to lose the ball! I counted 7 !!!
Good fun to play though!miss_o.jpg miss_o_pf.jpg
Quoted from Colsond3:Saved this from certain death this morning...if the guy didn't sell it by the end of the weekend, he was going to sell it to another guy that wanted to part it out. BG has some minor flaking, but the PF is more than decent and all of the mechs and brackets underneath the PF look like they're brand new. Shiny. Another one saved from the graveyard.

Great Save I have Fire Queen and play it every day.
Quoted from Vic_Camp:Really don't have the space for this Gottlieb wedgehead, but will be a nice restoration project for the Spring months ahead. I'm sure once I am finish putting my magic touches on the game, I find a place for it.

I will make for it in my home, it is a great wedgehead!
Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:Might want to put some rubber caster protectors underneath the leg levelers.
Hardwood floors + pinball machines = equals deep scratches
The rubber protectors I bought did not slide on my floor. I went with a sticky back felt pads 1.5" diameter bought at Lowes. They will protect the floor and allow you to move the game for repairs or maintaince.
Quoted from Chosen_S:Anyone care to take a guess?
layout reminds me of Flight 2000
Quoted from o-din:Congrats! Nascar was a crowd favorite around here for a long time.
But only the LEFT flipper works
Quoted from Bos98:I said goodbye to my MSF and ended the day with these 2 in the Gameroom.
I have 1 pin more than I have space right now!
For a small Fee I can take one game off your hand.
Quoted from Colsond3:What happened to the rest of the game? That PF actually looks pretty good, compared to most Stern Drac's that usually have a ton of wear over the face in front of the flippers, and up near the top right drop bank.
I don't know where the rest of the game went. When I bought a pin from a guy off CR he had the playfield missing flippers and he never knew where the rest of it was. I guess it traded hands several times. So I bought the playfield for wall art and then decided to make it into a table. A close look and you can see the top pop bumper has the wrong cap on it and the other 3 are yellowed with age. The plastics are warped too. Sold the drops and stand ups to a friend. Took some time to clean the playfield and install a rink kit to make it look nice and I just ordered 4 new pop bumper caps from Pinball Resource.
Quoted from PinballManiac40:Is the wife happy? I hope she is. I enjoy mine still after 5 years.
Question? The Wife or POTC ?
Quoted from rdbronko73:Just picked up a "I want to be restored" White Water.
I did not know that Bill and Hillary had their own pin.
Quoted from weaverj:i'll admit, Paragon looks badass.
i guess i have to play AFM. i just don't get it.
I have played the one at the Ann Arbor Pinball Museum. Just don't get it.
But I enjoy RFM...must be the reflected video.... just too funny.
& the bride love the jumping martians.
Quoted from comment23:I had to travel under 88 miles per hour to go get this one. 100% but could use some comestic love:
The Delorian had a Speedo that went to 85mph. And as I recall the car would even do that with a stock engine.
from ROAD & TRACK magazine:
Renault 2849-cc V-6 engine develops an only-adequate 130 bhp (SAE net) at 5500 rpm and 162 lb-ft torque at 2750. These are not numbers to impress the crowd, especially considering the car's test weight of 3130 lb. The result is a 0-60 mph time of 10.5 seconds and a quarter-mile performance of 17.9 sec at 76.5 mph.
Quoted from dirtbag66:And lots of facial hair!
My dad always told me "facial hair is a sign of laziness".
Words to live by!
Spent all my money on Pinball Machines... Can't afford Dollar Shave Club.
Quoted from Bendit:My neighbor has a DeLorean. He says the stock engine is crap/low power. He says that it would be almost impossible to ramp it up to 88mph.
Always thought that was funny.
and the speedo only goes to 85MPH
BTW the 72 Pinto with the 1.6L push rod motor hit a max of 83 mph indicated
Quoted from RonSS:Let's hope it's just the wrapper you find!
lets hope it is still in the wrapper not somewhere else in the macine.
Quoted from Mopar:I accidently posted the previous pic.
This is the only Bally (from the 70s) glass that
I had gotten in that was in poor shape. The
guy had no clue shipping a glass.
Cardboard and that's it! I placed the bubble
wrap in the pic to keep the USPS ins. from
complaining about the packaging's preparation..
I might add, each piece was mint..
This is how Steve at BGRESTO recommends packing a backglass
http://bgresto.com/?page_id=777
I sold a used King Pin and took it to Fed-Ex. They did the pack and ship so they were 100% responsible.
Yes, it got their fine.
Quoted from embryonjohn:This one was sitting on a pallet 3 levels high in a warehouse for the past 20 plus years. It’s number 58 out of 3815. I feel honored to have saved it [quoted image]
Fireball the original...It is a great game
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Brought this weird one home tonight. It’s going to have to wait until the morning to set up and start cleaning. Been a long day!
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Underrated game, unique playfield and tactics needed to really enjoy it.
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Never done three in one go before. Said to the wife I should do it like this all the time.
No response
[quoted image]
The secret is to bring something home for her, that DOES NOT have a cord on it.
Quoted from egyptrus:Well, I donated a game last night to a local fundraiser/charity auction and then today I picked up another game...As it was in the Chicago area I also grabbed a deep dish Giordano's pizza too. Double score for me!
Any guesses from just the backbox side that you can see in the picture?
Dave

Super Spin, 2 player version of Jet Spin
Quoted from stavio:1 day 3 states 5 games 9 hours drive 495 miles[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
And what did your wife say when you got home ... ???
Quoted from stavio:She was asleep when I got home lol
Well when she wakes up and finds 3 new games in the house .... OH MAN !!!
Quoted from northerndude:Putting in an automatic transfer switch?
Yes, it was included. I am getting bids on installation.
Quoted from Scotty_K:Glad to see you have your priorities straight.
"To hell with the fridge, or the heat; gotta play me some pinball!"
Well it is whole house: heat, A/C, well pump, and the FRIDGE too... gotta keep the beverages COLD.
Quoted from Micky:Always important to have cold beverages in a time of need!
Just got tired of 7000 watt generator ( gasoline) and extention cords to feed appliances.
Had to wire up plug on furnace, since I never had crossover box done.
this unit has automatic transfer switch, burns natural gas...problems solved.
in 5 weeks I bought 5 pinball machines in October and November.
So last Wednesday I ask my bride if she wanted to go on road trip to spend $$$$
She first thought I was going to buy yet another pin.
Quoted from Green-Machine:What’s a golfer?
someone who stands around with his putter in his hand.
REALLY??? with COVID-19 spreading like wild fire...there are those traveling around as if they are immune.
Quoted from northerndude:We can’t assume we know the setup they had to buy. Maybe zero interaction, etc.
IF you assume you make an ASS out of U and ME
a truck with 8 games in it.... NOT ESSENTIAL
a rental = more contact with people
How many stops to collect all 8 games ??? ALL were porch pickups right.
How mane fuel stops along the way ??? contact with pump handles, keypads on credit card machines,...
To stop the spread of this highly contagious virus we all have to STAY THE F AT HOME.
for those who believe they are immune, I will let them spend 2 weeks on a Chinese ventilator.
