What a awesome game and cant believe i actually have one especially this nice lol.20160902_042251 (resized).jpg20160902_095901 (resized).jpg20160902_042121 (resized).jpg20160902_042153 (resized).jpg20160902_100133 (resized).jpg20160902_100143 (resized).jpg20160907_003756 (resized).jpg20160907_020458 (resized).jpg
Quoted from Colsond3:Game looks nice as hell...great find. I should be down your way to pick up a few games in the next week or two. I'll stop by to play a few games
Please do .... i always welcome pinball friends. Pm me for my phone and address if u really wanna stop by ... it is a beautiful pin and one my favorite pickups but my huo tz and rest my collection isnt to shabby eaither lol. Never know maybe u can buy something from me lol. What are u picking up ?
Quoted from Beez:LUCI got a new roommate ... TWD!
I put a pro tranlight on my premium and think it looks better imo
Quoted from Badamack:You sir, are a lucky man.
If your talking about me then yea ive been fortunate the last month or two ...first with finding a very nice original afm and now a nice mb....
Quoted from rai:Great pin. You are going to love that pin.
Did you sell Lucy?
Did a trade and cash to me.... its a pretty entertaining pin for sure and much more playability compared to acdc and just fun to play. Its also sweet looking .
Quoted from rai:Tough to follow that one D, but here's my humble addition
I believe i know where that came from lol. Nice pickup. I wanted it also but am actually selling/tradeing off my stern pins at the moment.
Quoted from yzfguy:We must all go thru phases....i am considering trading as for acdc....a move I NEVER thought I'd make, and I recently sold FH and FT to buy metallica......help!
Its definitely a sickness.... i first loved b/w pins then went to sterns and now ive found out what i love most and started getting some grail b/w pins. I will be adding a jjp to the mix also soon
Quoted from rai:I'm not sure how I like LotR it's really laid back compared to TWD.
Lotr, tspp and similar titles are great pins for sure ....just not my cup of tea. Your right lotr is totally opposite of twd
Quoted from gliebig:Even your MET?
Met and twd are staying for now bc they are sterns 2 best pins ever imo. That and the code on both are almost perfect and i need a few deeper pins
Of course u do.... awesome lineup
Quoted from weaverj:i'll admit, Paragon looks badass.
i guess i have to play AFM. i just don't get it.
I didn't like afm of any of the fan layouts when i first got into the hobby eaither. But after owning lots of different style pins i have come to appreciate games like afm, mb, mm ,met and things like that. Afm, mb and mm are some the best pins ever made and are just so much fun to play compared to everything else ive owned .
Quoted from mkruck556:My best one time haul ever!
Thats crazy i had the same haul recently also ....lol my favorite pins ever. Great pickup
Quoted from gac:Man... how do you guys come up with these? Wow.
Lots of hustling ,tradeing.and persistence lol...i have put in alot of time and long nights working deals and pins. Patients is the key to this hobby and waiting for the right deal. If you knew what i had tied up in my restored mb and very nice original afm u wldnt believe it. Now i just need to find a dam nice scared stiff and ill b very happy.
Quoted from Oilrat:Me and my son Jake drove to Phoenix Arizona a 12 hr trip to pick up this beautiful Attack From Mars to add to the collection. Very fun and AWSOME to play.
Wow very nice... i wanted that afm so bad but ill stick with mine for now
Quoted from CaryCarmichael:Number 42 is home!
Screened Cab. Playfield restored and cleared by Bill Davis.
Now for a little cleaning, adjust flips, replace all rings, slide in some PDI glass and then get that ColorDMD installed.
Wow very cool .... i was interested in this one also but found a restored one closer...awesome pickup
Took forever to find the right one for a decent price and i was about to just bite the bullet and pay alot more than i did but then i found this beauty just in time.... 20161127_143414 (resized).jpg20161127_143517 (resized).jpg20161127_143740 (resized).jpg20161127_143422 (resized).jpg20161127_143340 (resized).jpg20161127_143503 (resized).jpg20161127_214539 (resized).jpg
Quoted from nikpinball:Definitely the most interesting and rarest i've ever managed to acquire and ive got it working (sort of). Special thanks to Forceflow for this one.
Need a gameplay vid as i can not find any.....very rare pin for sure
Quoted from weaverj:looks outrageous. congrats.
Nicest fh ive ever seen anywhere....almost the nicest pin ive ever owned ....
Quoted from Dirtynerd:Awesome find i found one the other day and it sold a hour after the guy posted so sad the pain in real
Good news is they made alot of them.... i actually wasn't looking for one but the condition and price were right so i bought lol.
Quoted from frankmac:That is "mint" congrats!
It was nice to begin with but had some issues... just got it back together and man its stunning and plays very fast and difficult. Its probably the most difficult game i own at the moment due to the speed and how i have it set up.
Quoted from chuckwurt:Wow. FH is my ultimate grail. If it could only have one game it would be FH. The GOAT!! Congrats.
Quoted from dmbjunky:I've learned to love that game and want one bad. I had the chance to buy a beater but I just couldn't over pay for it. Maybe I should contact that guy again and see if he's come down.
Great looking FH!
Wasnt sure how much i wld like it but i like pat l pins and man its really a great playing pin and a ton of fun...everything is done on it except om just waiting on the home roms to make it that much better. It still was running l-2 which is way out of date lol....in fact its so old its not even listed on ipdb lol. Game has gi and insert ocd boards also which is awesome for the dimming effects when starting mb...
Quoted from Whysnow:whom puts that much work into a restoration and does not update the ROMs?
Ha i thought the same thing... very crazy it was running the earliest rom ever... very strange indeed. I have to change the cpu jumper to run the bigger rom also
Quoted from weaverj:cabinet protectors!
It has the correct metal stern ones along with double felt.....
Quoted from Whysnow:whom puts that much work into a restoration and does not update the ROMs?
Someone did a nice restore but forgot lots of little details and some other things... but i spent the past week fixing and correcting all of it and now its just about perfect..
Nice a prototype/sample one.... ive always wanted to own a jy but can never find a nice condition one with a decent price.
Quoted from mollyspub:Don't see anything wrong with whatever rom version someone wants to run. Courious, what did you tweek in the game?
The one in it has lots of bugs and the newer revisions fixes the bugs and make the game better to play . Also alot more ajustments and options in menu on the newer roms. There is also more light shows and extra rudy things on the home rom. Game had a bunch of lose posts, broken solder joints, misran wires and a broken trough kicker to start. There were alot of things just not in correct spots and needed alot of switch adjustments.
Quoted from dmbjunky:How can you tell a sample/prototype on JY?
Magnet under crane wrecking ball....
Quoted from SadSack:That looks like a diamond plate PF on there.
I believe they all were.....
Quoted from Crispin:Sadly no, but have to start saving for that. She's fully LED'd with cooling fans mounted on the back of the head and one fan right in the neck of the game cooling the boards. Is this overkill? The gent who was nice enough to honor the responders in order also threw in a new set of decals, extra set of drop targets and decals and a CC lunchbox with matching thermos!
Cooling fans? Was it a cl or pinball classifieds deal? Thats cool i wanna see the lunch box. Must been a good deal if there were bunch of people after it lol. Good pickup tho. My friend has a ccc one and its quite interesting to say the least
I cant wait to post my new pin and maybe pins im getting later this week... most excited ive been in a while actually.....
So this restored beauty showed up yesterday..... loads of mods i didnt know it included also like color dmd, transparent lightning back board with lighting, lighted wizard- dragon- and troll figures, lighted troll eyes, all mantis protectors and came with but not installed was lighted apron, nib upgraded speaker system, pinblades and some other things. Never thought id own a original mm but its here... cant wait get it dialed in and cleaned up to start enjoying it.20170225_181220.jpg
20170224_234240.jpg20170224_234144.jpg
Quoted from weaverj:never played. what do you think?
Amazing just like dile.... gonna be a all jjp lineup soon... they are just light years better than any other pins imo....
