Quoted from robreagan:Recently picked up this nice project.
Wow that is in pretty damn good shape! Shouldn't be a lot to do to cab and head, how are the boards?

Quoted from robreagan:Recently picked up this nice project.
Wow that is in pretty damn good shape! Shouldn't be a lot to do to cab and head, how are the boards?
Quoted from Tyamry:I bought this at Chicagoland a few weeks back and had it delivered.
Wow that is absolutely stunning! Love that cab dude. What does the slot machine arm do, release the captured balls? Pretty expensive I would venture eh.
Nice Maverick! Do they make an alternative BG for that? I'd like one but would want James Garners face on the BG instead of Mel Gibson.
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Living the dream my friend, that looks like Heaven to me!
Never had a dream that good!
Quoted from Paul1478:I know, everyone hates it
Hey who cares, everyone doesn't like one or another game that's ever been produced. Enjoy your game and forget what others think.
Quoted from Colsond3:Yes!! When you get a delivery from Shay, it's like bringing home a new game
The BG's Gottlieb produced simply were the best ever made. My Circus and Star Race are fabulous! Did you check with mayfairamusement Colsond3? They carry a lot of NOS BG's rather than repro. Wish someone would do the mirror repro's. I want one for my Circus.
Quoted from Gornkleschnitzer:Last night, I had a dream that I was at a show and purchased an EATPM from ex-President Obama. Does that count for this thread?
(I do NOT understand where my dreams come from...)
Sounds like a nightmare to me.
Even baseball has a big boob babe on it Lol. Look down in the right hand corner, almost looks like big juicey melons!
Quoted from ltd73:My 80s arcade pin collection is growing..
Greatest decade for pinball IMHO.
Quoted from Bud:Not a pin, but coin op and definitely cool and clean!
That's sweet!!
Quoted from shock_me:Just finished de-LEDing it
Yeah I'm with you, led's just don't look good on the older SS pins. I like the 80's Gottlieb the best but, Bally or Williams are great also. Have fun, it's a great game and the one you have looks to be in awesome condition.
Great game, played the hell out of the one in our old pizza place. Good luck with it. How did the Black Hole come out you got?
Doesn't get any better than that bro. My wife likes pinball enough to play when friends are over or we have a new game. Hope you both enjoy the new pin!
Quoted from djreddog:I will go on the record and say that I’m extremely lucky to have found her. We met 5 years ago, and I introduced her to pinball 2.5 years ago and she absolutely loves everything about pinball. She loves the pinball shows, loves playing in tournaments, and even requested we put 2 machines in the kitchen! It’s wonderful to say the least!
Quoted from Colsond3:Filthy as hell.
And you love every little dust ball don't you...…...
I've not played Stars but the Fathom is a good fun game to me. Enjoy!
PS did you buy a storage locker or was it your own?
Hell no you are not being unreasonable. I would contact them and get it corrected or ask them to discount what you paid!
I have to say I played The Hobbit for the first time at the recent Cincy show and really like it. I also think it's much better than Lord of the Rings. Played that Hobbit at least 30 times, probably closer to 50 over the weekend
Hell you still would have gotten a "good deal" even if you had to work on it considering how nice it is. Firing right up when you put it together was a damn jackpot! lol
Quoted from QuickSilverShelby:I love the smell of new pinball in the morning. It smells like Victory.
Like sipping a high end bourbon on a cold night
Quoted from yzfguy:Cool, looks like a perfectly location for a pin!
Any location is the perfect location for a pin!
Quoted from jmountjoy111:I think that price sounds pretty good if it’s in unreasonable shape
Okay I haven't priced any as of late "last few years" so you're probably right.
Skyline chili and fries here in Cincy is beyond compare! Like Gold Star too but Skyline is better imho.
Quoted from gliebig:And Jungle Jim's! That place is awesome.
Love their cheese selections for damn sure, any thing you want from all over the globe in one place.
Quoted from Coindork:So yeah, I'm pretty much getting laid tonight.
Wife is a big Doctor Who fan.
Yeah she definitely has the look on her face so whatcha doing posting here, go for it!
Quoted from bicyclenut:Such a great friend and I keep buying all his games that he's tired of.
Best kind of friend to have if you ask me.
Quoted from lurch:Didn't even get her completely unwrapped.... Daughter couldn't wait to play.
The moments we play these games for, enjoy it with her.
Quoted from atrainn:Needs a little TLC but I finally have a Whirlwind!
One of my favorite games!
Quoted from ibuypinballs:This title doesn't pop up to often. Just pulled her off the truck tonight.
I got to play one at the Pincinnati show and it is a blast. Could have been Phoebe who brought this one too.
Quoted from TopMoose:Signal Sr. in the house!
Is that the one from Pincinnati? Played it several times and to be so simple it is fun as hell! Enjoy!
Quoted from TopMoose:Also, the one at Pincinnati was a Junior and this is a Senior.
PF looks the same is your PF larger or score differently? Either way you got a great game!
The loop the loop has really great color and the layout looks like it would be a blast. Love the BG.
Quoted from snyper2099:Maybe when pigs fly.
They do that in Cincinnati don't they
Quoted from Barkz:cool kids
By "cool kids" do you mean the morgue as that's where the idiots will end up.
Quoted from chad:Someone thumbed down??
Yeah seems a little sh*tty if you ask me.
Quoted from starfighter:Space Station
... and some plants
One stop shopping, I'm in!
Stars is a great game. I only have had the chance to play it twice but I logged at least 35 games on it! Hey, how 'bout a picture of that stingray?
Looks to be in great shape and I really like the BG colors. I hope one is at the cincy show this year I'd like to play it.
Quoted from bluespin:I think you'll find out tonight....
Really? If he's buying NIB pins and Tesla's not a chance!
Quoted from jmountjoy111:Two pins in two days! Whatever will I do tomorrow…
Go buy two more.
Quoted from brenna98:This is actually one of 2 alien stars picked up today. The stars aligned with this one.
Parents grabbed one from Dayhuff in MI, then this one came up on Craigslist in northern IL. So, why not get um both..
Two! Most have hard enough time finding one, great pickup!
I've seen a couple but never got to play one. The BG colors were really nice on the two I've seen and this one seems to be in pretty decent shape as well.
That is an absolutely beautiful pin. Judging by the company it keeps life is pretty interesting around you......
Quoted from NightMutilator:This outstandingly freaky and amazing Earth Wind & Fire arrived today!
Quoted from PBEarwood:Got this one today, 1980 #Circus.
Love my Circus, you will too.
Quoted from plowpusher:Just a few more things to work out but this Totem is real nice.
Wow that is in fabulous shape, you right you got a good deal there!
Nice pick up! Damn those are big machines, glad I'm not moving them.....good luck and don't forget to post pics once in place in your game room.
Quoted from DennisDodel:2500 according to the IPDB.
Sorry didn't look it up I thought someone said that in another thread about gottlieb pins.
Quoted from starfighter:Capt. Picard & his girlfriend Genie
BS, Picard could never get a girl as hot as Genie, now if it were Captain Kirk well, then we're talking!
Quoted from jawjaw:I'll give you twice what you paid for it.
Wrong thread, you want the nothing thread
Quoted from Colsond3:Yup, that was it. At Lermods booth. I should be there at least one day this year, if not multiple days.
You going to make it to Pincinnati this year Colson?
Quoted from Bundy:It is from a local hardware store.
What company produces them?
There are many wide body pins that play exceedingly well. IMHO most wide bodies don't play well due to not being setup correctly, my Circus is a prime example, set on a 5 degree slope it is slow and listless with the ball floating around, but at 6 degrees it plays like a beast, fast despite a more open PF and it really compliments the variety of shots you need to make.
Love that space invaders Colson, it is another that when set up right it rocks!!
With all the LE's, Pro's. and standard models they make out of each pin for commercial use, theyshould make a strictly "home edition" that has a real BG as opposed to translates. Home models should include every feature of all the models as well. Wishful thinking I know but, a pinhead can dream can't he???
Nice pickup, hard for me to wrap my head around 52 pf's, must have been an operator you bought out or from?
Quoted from GTO:Pinsiders be like:
Reminded me of the two drunk crows setting on the wires, that were in the Speedy Gonzalas cartoons when I was a kid.
Quoted from PantherCityPins:Do you make the same comment about Addam's Family? How about Twilight Zone? Flash? Firepower? Any of the other 12 machines that were produced in higher numbers than F-14?
This thread is about being excited about your new machine, no matter how many were produced.
Don't be a jerk.
Talk about the Twilight Zone..
Quoted from PinFever:well got JP Pro in and then what happens. Another pin Popped up Local and had to scoop it up .... TAXI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does the whole cab look as good as the side in the pic?
Quoted from bcmaxima03:Brought home a Close Encounters yesterday
I've never gotten to play one and the layout just looks kickass to me.
Quoted from PinFever:An MPU with chips is almost 490 $$ jeez/
Post in the wanted here, someone will have one cheaper likely.
Quoted from dc2010:Man I haven't logged on there in YEARS
Pain in the ass to use that site to me.
Quoted from Coindork:Not a pinball machine, but just brought this home.
Nutting Associates Computer Space.
The very first commercial Arcade Game.
Gonna have to put up a video of it in action.
Quoted from Ballypin:It took two years but I recently got my Surfers playing 100%.
I must have missed the video
Wow those are beautiful machines. Do you know who restored them? I'd like to see both in action, any chance you can post up a video?
Quoted from o-din:Better late than never, I guess.
That looks like a nice pin. I don't think I've ever played one though.
Quoted from Ronnie1114:Checking Offerup when I'm really bored sure paid off yesterday:
Have never played a Torpedo but it looks to be in decent shape, nice pick up.
Quoted from Dallas_Pin:One of the best games in a while (ACNC
Yeah, I've only got to play 10-12 games on ACNC but it was a blast. I'll get one once the price drops a little more.
Quoted from gdonovan:Embyon intrigues me, have to give it a try again next time I'm down at Colson's. Only had a chance to play one and it was sluggish and always like to give a fair shake.
They're going to have one at Pincinnati show I think, if you are close to Colson you could attend and play all you like.
Quoted from Pinhead1982:Hi - Yeah one of Mike Chestnuts last doors before he passed.
Had this door for 5YRS waiting for this game.
Damn 5 years! You're are one patient man to say the least., it does look damn good though, enjoy.
Quoted from DCP:"Minizag #2" from the York show.
That is a fantastic BG, colors are bright and crisp, nice pick up!
Nice, I really like the System80 pins Gottlieb made, great art and good play. I hope you post some pic's of that Bell Ringer when you get it up and running.
Quoted from Vic_Camp:I picked up this super nice condition Eight Ball Champ recently.
Wow nice pick up! That is in really nice condition, you got a score there.
Quoted from Phat_Jay:I seem to have a weakness for 1980.
Because the 80's had some awesome pins that's why. I love the art, simpler rulesets, multiplier scoring, and the nerdy computer sounds, yeah....going down to play Circus.
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:Grabbed this earlier today. It has a battery U3 / U6 error, but I think it’s just because the batteries are shot.
Nice pin, I've never gotten to play one. I've played the video version and it was a blast so the real deal should be awesome.
Quoted from cjmiller:9 hour round trip to get it, but it was worth it.
I've never seen that pin before, it looks to be in pretty decent shape. Have you played it? Like it?
Wait what!? Some thing is very amiss here; just thought I'd catch up on the thread when I noticed Colson had not picked up a machine in over 5 days (yeah five days, I know). Got to be a record, Colson are you out there?
Quoted from Scotty_K:Brought this home for the Missus as a Christmas gift last night. It's not a pin, but it IS a machine...
You know I've had 3 slots and they just never stay around. I had some play when They first came but everyone lost interest quickly and I just got rid of them.
Quoted from loneranger:Snagged this Time Fantasy this morning!
Last year at Pincinnati was the first time I'd ever played Time Fantasy and I have to say I was hooked after just a few games. I really liked every aspect of the game and put minimum of 30 games on it over that weekend.
Quoted from goodypin18:BIG GUNS! Screw the haters.
Haters? I played that game just last weekend at Pincinnati and I thought it was fun. I only played 3 games but I enjoyed it. I try not to pay attention to others likes or dislikes, I'm me and we are all different. I'd bet that 90% of the pinsiders on here like Fun House, I hate it, didn't like back in the day when it came out, and still don't like it today. Each to their own so damn the torpedo's!
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Freed up a couple slots and immediately scooped up this little guy. So fun!
I know a lot of pinsiders said Wonka felt cheap but I did not think so, nor did the flippers feel weak. I played over 20 games on it at Pincinnati and it was a hell of a lot of fun!
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Man, this thing has so many shot paths and they are all fairly easy to hit. Combos everywhere, super fast, and it appears every single mode is stackable. The standard is a fantastic deal and really glad I went for it.
That's what I'm saying! Enjoy it man, you got a great pin there IMHO.
Congrats! I played about 10 games on that pin just recently during Pincinnati and it was one of the best new pins I 've played! My brother and I had a blast, it was a lot of fun, fast and challenging too.
For Free!?! Gotta hear this story and you with that type of luck better go buy a lottery ticket, put 1000.00 on the Redskins to win the superbowl or something crazy like that, cause you sir are definitely on a streak!!!!!!
Quoted from Green-Machine:What did you guys think of the new Elvira?
I liked it, had fun playing but, it was not as good as the JP game you got that's a fact!
Quoted from dsuperbee:I was the first to respond that I would take them and pickup that day
Wow free pins and people actually contacted him and wouldn't come to pick them up right away!?! Congrats friend you are one lucky guy.
Quoted from pacman11:Grabbed several pins recently. Now I’ve got some projects to work on.. Nice pick up Adam on Godzilla!
Man you don't see a lot of the WW's for sale here. I've seen them up for sale though everywhere else lately. Nice grab, both are good pins.
Quoted from wayout440:Yes. I was further prodded by replacing he wife to make the road trip. I kid not, her words: "Who turns down any free pinball machine"?
Very wise woman, better hang on to her. I could hear mine now; Yeah I know it's free but, where you gonna put that thing there's no room. lol
Quoted from woody76:Brought this home last week and finally got it flippin. Kids love it and surprisingly I do to for it being so simple.
That's great, it's what it's all about kid approved!
Great pick up man. Robo-War is really a great game, played the hell out of one at Pincinnati over the last two shows and it's a blast!
Quoted from jrpinball:Bite the dust....space cadet!"
I don't remember it but may come back if they post a vid. Those were some good times through the 80's for video games.
Played one for the first time last year (2018) at Pincinnati and I thought it was a pretty fun game. I probably played between 12-15 games.
Quoted from marioparty34:A double fantastic day!
Just like the doublemint twins.
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Say hello to my little friend!
Nice pickup but uhm...looks like you already had a lot of friends.
Never seen let alone played one but I like it! From what I can see there's a lot of variety to shoot at on the PF.
Quoted from daveyvandy:But look how happy he still is to be going home with a great pin
Great to see isn't it, grinning like the Cheshire Cat!
Quoted from corvair61:You can come over anytime!!
If I'm ever going to be your way I will take you up on that! I'd love to put a few on one.
Quoted from Ballypin:Picked up this NIB beauty today. It is for sure mint condition. Probably cherry too
Does that come with PDI glass?
Quoted from dothedoo:Traded Funhouse back to its previous owner for this.
The double dip move, I like it.
Quoted from daveyvandy:Wonka SE NIB from Trent Augenstein!
I really had a ball playing Wonka at Pincinnati. I think it feels very sturdy, fast and I like the shot variety. You'll enjoy and the family will too.
Quoted from Scoot:Baywatch has been in my home for a few days now. I think this is Sega's best pin
Now get an alternative translate so you can get the Hoff's mug off of it!
Quoted from HighProtein:For now it's in my garage to enjoy!
Hell yes enjoy it before you put it out for them to abuse.
Bay Watch is under rated, I think it's a great pin and fun as hell, the only thing I'd change is the BG can't look at the Hoff!
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:Technically last night but got home late.
If the rest is as nice as the head you got a great looking pin.
Quoted from PBEarwood:Just picked up this one today. Needs a good cleaning and a new flipper coil, but doesn't look too bad over all
That BG looks pretty damn nice and if that's representative of the rest of the machine then you certainly got a good pickup.
Quoted from DawsonPins:And mom thinks he has lost his mind
Mom is correct, Dad sounds like one of the infected to me...…..
Quoted from Eric_S:I just picked up a Williams Time Fantasy
Excellent pickup, I love that game. Played one for the first time about 2 yrs ago and have played it ever since, awesome game.
Quoted from Happy81724:Dang, if that was straight that’s the trade of year right there!
Yeah that was a Houdini type of trade!!
Quoted from PBEarwood:Was a good morning. Baby Pac, Black Hole, and Amazing Spider-Man.
What a haul indeed, those are two of Gottlieb's finest. I have this love/hate thing with BH, hard to explain but you'll see soon enough.
Quoted from o-din:Unrestored original condition
Simply incredible, I assume you'll keep it so are you going to protect the PF with mylar or something. Damn I bet that plays like a dream, one helluva pickup brother.
Quoted from o-din:I had a successful mylar removal on the Comet next to it, so this one may get the same treatment.
If anything I might would look at the old one and see if I should add mylar in places the factory didn't or I'd not touch that PF. What a find.
Quoted from gdonovan:There will be no new Sterns in this house till they get their act together.
Don't you wish more felt the same.
Quoted from ryanbrooks:Price was right...FREE-99!!!
Ryan we got to see what "free" looks like when it's together!
Quoted from Green-Machine:You’re both too old for birthday presents!
Maybe they're experiencing their second childhood, I'm 64 and I expect to be 63 next year.
Wow never seen a Contact the PF color and layout looks fantastic. I just get the feeling that is a fun game.
Quoted from bssbllr:Williams 69’ Gridiron pitch and bat.
Dang looks like it is in pretty damn good shape by the looks of the PF.
Quoted from Mikespinball:2 hours later stitches and a lost finger nail on her pinky
Ouch!
Quoted from ausretrogamer:Arrived today, just in time for the weekend.
Dang is that all they put between the backbox and cab is a 1/2 piece of foam? Hell I've been really over doing it then lol. I'm only moving them not shipping and I use a moving blanket folded up at least 2-3" thick and worry the whole damn time!
Wow that Lost World looks to be in fantastic shape. The cab and BG looked great and the PF looked in above average condition, you had a great pickup.
Quoted from Ballypin:This is my first time to Iowa and I didn’t know that this was a thing. This would’ve been a much better picture if I included the nearby Lions Den billboard in the picture.
If I had to guess what type of business that was by it's sign, I'd never guess gas...………...
Quoted from Ballypin:Avoid the cream pies
They sell them at the Kum & Go gas station and eatery
Quoted from northerndude:Holy shit!!
Nice score
Exactly! You have a small arcade in a day.
Quoted from PinDeLaPin:Haven't even gone through any of those backglasses yet just grabbed them and ran.
Damn I wish I knew you wee in Ohio and picking up those marques and BG I would have bought a couple just for wall hangers and used the Skyline to seal the deal!
Quoted from Atari_Daze:I recently obtained a 60's 70's vintage parking meter and my coworkers thought I was nuts, I confirmed it when I told them I want one of these next!
Got the phone out of a house near Miami University about 15yrs. ago and bought the parking meter from a guy who collects them, both work. Have the parking meter on top of the toilet.
Quoted from Jwf_pinball:Slugfest is a rental.
So someone is renting out pins? Just pins or coin-op in general? I thought some along those same lines and actually thought it might be a better way to limit damage as opposed to a route. I'm assuming you as the renter are responsible for damage above and beyond normal, like a kids initials carved in it etc.?
Quoted from Jwf_pinball:I've learned that a bunch of owners started offering rentals so I'd Google or hit up some owners you know
Not really interested in renting one myself, I just thought as a business it may have true potential.
Quoted from Colsond3:Driving home and this hit the hull.
Hey weren't you just saying a buddy of yours dropped a game off and you didn't have room for it, oh yeah you got it bad, terminal patient I'm guessing.
Quoted from Gornkleschnitzer:Hey, this isn't a pinball machine...
Do you mean "yet"?
Quoted from gdonovan:Trying to keep up with Colson
Well you certainly set the bar high if you intend to close on Colson
Quoted from Scandell:Brought home one of my dream pins
Nothing like dreams come true to make life a blast!
Quoted from gdonovan:Load'em!
Looks like you ended up with 2, were the other three in bad shape or did you just want the 2 titles you have?
Quoted from gdonovan:Colson is still the King!
Yeah I guess I'm going to have to concede to you there, Colson see's more pins in a month than Stern does
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed PA. appears to be the pinball mecca of the States??? Look back through this thread pinball machines are flying all over the place in that state, like watching an ant colony.
Quoted from gdonovan:He has a certain panache wearing it
Quoted from bssbllr:I agree he wears it well.
Because he has a perfectly round head and now after all this praise it's a Big perfectly round head Only busting your chops a little Colson
Quoted from dirkdiggler:Any pics of said cheesesteaks?
I saw the sign at Tony's and those chicken cutlets are the bomb.
Colson, Skyemont, and gdonovan should start their own TV show "Pin Pickers and Movers" what do you think guys?, I'm in!!
Quoted from Skyemont:I can not lie so please no one take this personally. COVID-19 has been good to me
Don't sell yourself short brother it was just determined searching and luck but it paid off for you, not the virus.
Wow that has a very nice PF and cabbut what I want to know the most is what's in that yellow envelope marked midway?lol
Quoted from Pinkitten:No receipt from the sale, but all evidence suggests possibly HUO.
As clean as it looks that's probably accurate, congrats and enjoy it!
Quoted from EasternBloc:2133 miles in and Slick Chick has some company. 1000ish miles to go dodging weather patterns!
Holy crap you have it bad sir, lol enjoy those pins though!
Quoted from ToucanF16:Your trip sounds like some of mine! I made a 3000 mile trip to Phoenix and back last year to get a Lexy. I had to buy a new set a tires on the way and encountered a freak ice storm in New Mexico on the return. The Pinball was well wrapped and stayed nice and dry.
Wow and here I thought I had the fever but next to you guys I'm just a bystander!
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:One can hope. They are a very young hipster type couple and it was delivered and set up for them when they got it a couple year back. I know because i saw it being delivered and then got a call about a week later asking how to turn on. They only turn it on for parties. Not to be played mind you but to be an expensive lamp/conversation piece.
Not all pinball machine are adopting into loving homes.
Hard for me to fathom someone owning a perfectly functioning pin and only using it as a plant stand or decoration piece. Maybe you could trade them another pin for it or an arcade game?????
Quoted from dirkdiggler:I'm a little slow today. Didn't even get the cannabis reference
Are you burning one now?
Quoted from cottonm4:60K for a grocery hauler is a bit steep for me
That's just plain out of my league period!
Quoted from dothedoo:It’s Solar Ride, just has the wrong backglass in the game.
Mayfairamusement will likely have a Solar Ride Nos BG. Contact him as his site doesn't show all he has.
Quoted from northerndude:This is probably it!! Ha.
Quoted from Colsond3:Kevin...you bastard!!
Lol Colson was broadsided.
Quoted from Silverstreak02:I picked up a project 1959 Around the World game today. It's in rough shape and will need a complete restoration.
I'm amazed at how white the post, lane dividers, and flipper bats are, hardly any yellowing, the pops even look good . great pickup!
Quoted from Jmac4506:My first post and first pinball machine ever!
Be forewarned both will increase exponentially over the upcoming months, enjoy!
Quoted from TractorDoc:I was blown away when I learned I had the opportunity to bring this game home this weekend. .
Had a WW and did the stupid and sold it, enjoy it Tdoc it's a great pin fun as hell!
Wow the Gold Strike PF is unbelievable it looks like it just came out of the box. Very nice pickups!
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:Nah, thats too many. Ill come pick up Jungle Queen this weekend
Look at that Gold Strike, the only blemishes are the shooter lane all else looks new!
Quoted from dirkdiggler:Uh oh. I haven't seen any of these movies despite owning the game.
For shame diggler sounds like you have homework.
Quoted from djreddog:A nice Firepower came up for sale less than an hour away, this is my closest pickup ever at 55 miles away! I had my dad come along for the one, first time he has ever been with me as I needed his truck!
He's gonna want to start hauling his own pins now, you can't let people touch them look at the smile on his face he's been exposed!
Quoted from illawarra92:with photos of another woodrail picked up today.
Is that the correct apron for Hi-Dives? Caught my eye due to it being clown/circus themed while the pin/PF are diver themed
Quoted from mtn-:I have never had ass pizza. Tell me more?
Inspired by Egyptian Dung Beetles it is a rare delicacy.
Quoted from northerndude:Thats quite the park job! vertical
It's an Ohio thing lol.
Quoted from cottonm4:How is bread employed in the arena of soldering pipe?
When you cut into existing pipes you always encounter residual water in the lines regardless which makes soldering next to impossible because it tends to dampen heat down. You can avoid this (not always a problem) by putting pushing bread into the line, no crust and just enough to block access, it will soak up and hold back any moisture long enough for you to solder. When done you can go to the nearest faucet and turn it on (be sure to remove screen if it has one before you turn water on) the bread will break up moving through the pipe and flush out the faucet.
Not a pin but I'm pumped just picked this up for $248.00 bucks at a Home Buy store my sis works at in Norwood. It was a floor model display somewhere but it is pristine, hell still had the protective blue film on the moldings. Played so many damn games of Asteroids and Centipede my rear was sore from sitting all day! lol

Quoted from Jamesays:its pretty good you can still remember.
Lol still sharp as a tack!
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:I picked up a Prospector yesterday
Wow! That is in great condition congrats for the pick up.
