Quoted from Beldar:

Not certain why, but my iPhone is newer than my iPad but the iPad takes better pictures. Basement lighting probably doesn’t help any either.[quoted image][quoted image]

I think maybe it was just your camera lens on your phone was dirty. Mine gets that way too.

Brought my first NIB the other day. Took almost 2 days to get it setup and playing. What was I thinking, waiting so long!?

A good way to start a very nice sunny day here in cow town. Some pinball buddies dropped it off and set it up for me, didn't lift a finger. Now that's white glove service, thanks guys. They even helped get the proper level on our No Fear after I had moved it. Going to be nice a Saturday night! Cheers!

Also scored these 2 from an estate sale. Looks like a restore of Flash is in the works.

Left at 2am this morning, got there at 7:30, hit the road at 8, and back home at 1:30pm…

Now has voodoo glass, and couple dozen plays on it. Love it. Now I’m just waiting for Scooby Do to show up in fall Also sold my tmnt premium yesterday, and sold my Centaur (not picked up yet obviously but he paid for it) and then sell Mata Hari. I’d like to find a Galaxy and a Meteor to fill the last spots.

I've loosened heads and slid them down a few inches to fit before.

Good luck, always nerve racking when things don't quite go right.

in that case you have to remove the head. Not hard to do but a PIA. I have done this twice. Once for Munsters. Once for Ghostbusters.

1) Disconnect the 2 or 3 cables from the MPU. This may require removing a couple of cable-stay screws.

2) Get a piece of cardboard. Loosen the head hinge at the head and rotate it down and place cardboard between the hinge and the cabinet to protect the cab.

Have someone help you to steady the head.

3) Do the hinge on the other side.

4) Remove the 2 bolts that hold the head to the cab.

Get it all loaded safely in your transport vehicle.

As noted, not hard to do. Just a PIA.

All went fine. A little nerve wracking for and the lights inside the car stayed on the whole way home but all is well

Entire game was actually inside the car on the bottom so nothing hanging out just couldn’t put it all the way in and close the hatch.

Lesson learned

Now you know you can remove the head for transport; so you are in business if another pin opportunity comes your way. At least for a Spike 2 pin. The heads come off super easy.

Picked it up a year ago, but finally “ brought it home” from my buddy’s warehouse this week.

First WORKING EM I’ve had in the collection. Thinking of doing a retheme on it. I have some good ideas for it already ….

Ice Fever is a fun, fast, musical game that lights up an arcade. The spinner is the key to scoring. It is a tribute to hockey officials, with lots of good whistles.

Score!

Loaded my trailer full to help a friend get his life in order.

-Two Miami Beach bingos, will probably just get parted out
-Another Skypilot rotisserie I had made for him
-1978 playboy w/ Kruzman playfield to swap
-Paragon, just needs cleaned up -- second PF might be worthy of touch up and then swapping
-1952 skill pool plus an additional beat up lower cab and two crummy playfields that he's in WAY too deep on and will almost certainly take a giant loss selling

The doors barely closed. Brand new backglasses, plastics, playfields in the cab. Yeesh, I'm tired.

Traded out my EHOH and a wad of cash for this, never heard of it before but my fiance said she likes the princesses voice, reminds her of some show called 30 Rock(?). The guy I got it from said it was HEP, no idea what that means. I thought it meant it was a Helium Enclosed Pinball, but all I could find was some dude named Christopher Hutchins signature under the playfield

Another 14 hour round trip this weekend from Buffalo NY to Ashfield Massachusetts to pick up this stunning fully restored C37 with a Wade Krause playfield. My first EM and I think I picked a pretty good one. Came out of an incredible mostly Em collection. This definitely won’t be my last. A playable piece of art. Pictures courtesy of Ray. Much better lighting to really show it off.

Finally got my hands on a Bally Eight Ball. This was my favorite machine during my early teen years. Was lucky enough to have a fairly local pinsider (abut 30 minutes drive) reach out in response to my "Wanted" ad. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Pat!

Picked up a wishlist game with a great looking playfield(fully mylared) yesterday from a great pinguy and the creator of this thread.

I have to look in to that more. The red and black looks like original paint, even though doesn’t match the ipbd pics. Even the top of the back box is that color. And the back box cover is red and black. It certainly could be just a really well done repaint. For right now it went in to the line up as is. And will stay that way a while. Have three other projects ahead of it.
