Wish it was a Rocky but I’ll settle for the one letter discrepancy.

Never played it before the playfield actually looks neat.

Quoted from badtwothebone:

We’re definately not doing anything to the playfield until we know exactly what to apply! I thought lacquer didn’t seen appropriate, but wasn’t sure what to use.
Husband is the brains behind fixing electronics. While he’s never worked on pinball, he’s a electronics whiz kid for a living. He’s successfully worked on our vintage pachinko machines.
Also, adult son is a geek too and they both started troubleshooting as soon as we got it unloaded. Additionally, our son is friends with pinheads and played tourny pinball in San Francisco when he lived there. One of his friends referred us to this page, but I had already joined the day before
We’re in Auburn Washington, USA (south of Seattle, just North of Tacoma.
Thanks for the advice!!!

Read up on pin wiki a repair site. Read the your first pinball machine article then read about your generation of pin Bally mpu -35. Read about removing the battery on the mpu and installing an nvram instead.

I've been playing lots of Halloween lately. It's a blast.

The Simpsons Pinball Party would be an outstanding addition! I had one at one point, and would love to own it again in the future. So much fun!

Like others have said, congrats, welcome to the hobby.

Simpsons is a solid choice for next machine .

Make sure you have room for more machines and start putting aside money for your pinball funding. Ensure bills are paid and family is clothed, fed and have a roof over their heads . You know the drill - we all do here .

Bought an Addams from a pizza shop for $800.00, took almost a year to get the smell out .

I should have started buying years ago! Rather than just paying to play! The prices you guys paid are crazy! I’d probably have dozens of machines instead of just 4!

Just picked up today. My first HUO EM . Lucky to live in the Greater Vancouver region as these gems pop-up now and then.. likely from the Time Travel warehouse my guess... Wood just tells the story it has not been moved around a lot.

Thank you, yeah can't wait to try it.. looks like an interesting game. Great rules.. Need to work out a few issues and try to fix the sound which is off even by beep boop standards.

I’ll have to agree I’ve had a couple stinkers over the years. Some old EMs that smelled like mildew and a TZ reimport that had an indescribable odor

Make up a glare guard to stop the display reflection on the glass. Corflute works well.

Interesting, how would one like that look like?
Got my flippers and all other coils done with new sleeves and cleaning.
Now I need to understand how to change color on the Pin2dmd as the purple is awful.

Love the ramped corners. We used to kick the ball and trap it on the back wall and then try to flick it to the other net. Can get pretty good at that with enough practice.

I loved foosball many years ago in my youth. I remember playing for hours at a time until my feet hurt.

First pick up in six years for me and funny enough I wasn’t even looking for a game, it just fell in my lap. This is the newest pin I’ve ever owned, it was a PITA to get it from where it was to my garage but me and son got it.

Brought home a Mandalorian Pro last night. This game wasn't even on my radar...but found it super close & listed at a good price. Closest machine I've ever picked up in my life (4 miles/10 minutes away). So far it's a hit with everyone...now to find some mods!
