Quoted from dothedoo:

Only 2? My friend used to put 3 in his Pontiac Montana. That was the beauty of a van as a pinhauler.

Not sure I could comfortably shove 3 in. I can get one across the middle through the sliding doors and one in the back with room for the dolly.

The heads would have to be removed that's the key, but yes, one across the middle and two in the back, heads laid on top.

At the point where I am removing heads I think I would just rent a uhaul.

You are very lucky. We HAVE to remove the heads to get games in and out of our basements. Sure wish we had walkouts.

In an effort to make my basement more accessible, I put in a walk-out door where a window used to be. The window was 48 x 48 in.

The door is 44 in. wide, and just over 8 ft. tall. Any game imaginable can now enter the basement easily. I have a pair of bowlers, fit thru the doorway easily.

Sooooo glad I did that.

No walk out here. Just a wide enough door way and flight of steps

Martin Riggs: Hey, look friend, let's just cut the shit. Now we both know why I was transferred. Everybody thinks I'm suicidal, in which case, I'm fucked and nobody wants to work with me; or they think I'm faking to draw a psycho pension, in which case, I'm fucked and nobody wants to work with me. Basically, I'm fucked.
Roger Murtaugh: Guess what?
Martin Riggs: What?
Roger Murtaugh: I don't want to work with you!
Martin Riggs: Hey, don't.
Roger Murtaugh: Ain't got no choice! Looks like we both been fucked!
Martin Riggs: Terrific.
Roger Murtaugh: God hates me. That's what it is.
Martin Riggs: Hate him back; it works for me.

Was anyone on here the one carrying a pin on 88/290 in Chicago saturday night wrapped up on a trailer while it was raining? Couldn't pick out what is was but was pretty excited/drunk/getting driven back home by a chick who was not the best driver in the rain/night so didn't want her to speed up too much to see what it was. Anyhow, drunk me was WAY more pumped than I should have been about it, but neat nonetheless.

#2267 3 years ago

I guess sticking with the Data East thing I picked up this Royal Rumble last night. Has a little acid damage on the board but should clean up nicely. Just a 6 hour round trip for me though

That looks exactly like the one I picked up at TPF.......right down to the missing spinner on the left side. In fact, I had to go downstairs and check to make sure mine is still here.

And one less pop, and different lock, and not widebody

#2293 3 years ago

I always thought it was the same but now that I look there are some other major differences. Single vs dbl inlanes and 3 vs 4 rollover lanes at the top...

Good choices! Flash Gordon and Eight Ball Deluxe are my two favorites from the Bally golden age.

It also has a gate into the kicker to the top of the playfield. Better chance of getting all of the lanes lit since there's no lane change.

Got this one from my local pawn shop, a Zaccaria Circus! Delivered yesterday. Although the cabinet has got some scratches the playfield is in mint condition, looks like it straight from the factory in Italy!

#2298 3 years ago

Well, this thing found its way into the back of my car today.
Not a complete machine - just the playfield - but is anyone good enough to name that game?

#2299 3 years ago

Why, that's Flash. The crescent insert with two flash bulbs gave it away for me.

Flash!

Doh, beat me to it!
