Quoted from Bax1:

that is a sick looking gorgar!!!!

Yes, still debating the powder coated armor. But that will put me over the top as far as money invested considering everything else I need to finish it. Too much and I'll lose my ass on resale again!
But I did order this magnetic apron cover!

Quoted from Pinkitten:

I bet pinball can be an awesome form of therapy! Hand/eye coordination, concentration, reaction time, sound and visual stimulation, etc. I often represent people with spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries and I should help explore this potential more. Nicely done!

The residents and outpatients at our place enjoy pinball and a 60 in 1 video cab. Very popular.

Quoted from ZooDude:

Grand Lizard, Jungle Lord and Zilla, you've got taste but dang, two cup holders!? I don't get it. I'd understand an ashtray and a cup holder. Maybe you're super bad ass and can down two beers in one game, or water and beer? I'm stumped.
B

I have two cup holders on each game in my game room. More places to set down drinks = less drinks on the glass in my opinion. Probably overkill but oh well haha

Quoted from ZooDude:

Got it, business partners can be a blessing and a curse.
I was kinda hoping you'd be like "I'm from Wisconsin dammit, I drink two beers per game!"
My Mom grew up in Rhinelander and she's always pushing beers on me when I visit, even if it's 10 in the morning!
B

And thinking back to my nightclub management days, doesn't this encourage couples to congregate and drink at both ends of all machines . "May I have another two beers with my two beers please?"

Beer is definitely part of our culture. My wife is known to double fist it more than I am. Usually Mike's, mixers or margaritas though. Unfortunately she doesn't play pinball. Good part of the double cup holders is that it seems to discourage people from standing between the games.

Wasn’t quite a machine. But more so a High Score Board for the gameroom. Neon and roving incandescent bulbs. The pictures don’t do it justice.

I'm from the U.P. originally right across the Wisconsin border and drink 3 beers per game! That's why I suck!

Thanks to the remake release it has made this title accessible to me. All original. All matching boards untouched. Even the original display.

I think about your residents when I fire up Domino - recalling photos of the game in situ at your facility. Hope all is well there with the Pandemic and all.

Love that you cycle different games through there!

I owned a Black Hole a while back. Such a cool machine. Getting multiball is difficult and satisfying. The rotating backbox feature is still one of the best ever! Congrats. I remember installing new drop targets, rubber rings, pop bumper caps, etc. Have fun with your project!

Picked this up today for $600. Needs a new bulb in the Marquee and could use a refurb on the joysticks and buttons but it works 100% as is.

Pretty stoked it's my first arcade!

That's a good deal on a reunion cabinet, especially if it has the original board in it. Looks super clean too. Nice pickup!

Yep. OG board still, Really clean. A few knicks in the cab unfortunately nothing major but honestly I can't be mad it's in killer shape.

I'll probably swap sticks and buttons after Christmas but she's a keeper!

Quoted from mmuglia:

No key for coin door and the backside lock was drilled out and used screws. I figure like $75 in parts (needs new pot for volume control in the front) and it will be basically brand new.

I believe it may have been briefly in an arcade as the coin credit counter has 2,000 showing but that could just be from the owner too. He said he's had it 14 years in his home and the build date is 2004 so if it was in an arcade setting it wasn't for very long.

I started out the year with two games on my short radar, White Water and Guardians of the Galaxy.
It took me until December to find this beautifully redone White Water, thanks to a fellow Pinsider (I've still got some blue LED's to address).
I knew it was destiny after I passed that river while on my trip.
Now, can somebody help me find Guardians of the Galaxy Boulevard/Street/Way/Alley?

Roadtrip with my son ... 7 hrs round trip, plus an hr along the way to grab a GnR LE for the gentleman we bought our game from. We were on our way down, so we did a little shipping for free. Spreading the pinball love. Lol.
