Time to bring more pinball to the islands!

You know you live in Hawaii if you have a Tacoma!
Quoted from Pin-Pilot:You know you live in Hawaii if you have a Tacoma!
Yes!!!! They are everywhere in HI
I noticed a lot of Dodge Chargers in Arizona
Quoted from Billygrippo:Some are here for a few years. Others will be transported to the new place. Either Florida, or Tennessee….Haven’t decided which yet??
You should consider Georgia.
Quoted from Zartan:I have the chance to pick this up for my collection. What is it worth? Still too new to figure out pricing. It doesn’t work.

Are the mouse turds included, or extra?
Quoted from oldskool1969:Paradise is one of my grails, one day
nice example, congrats
Shit….swing on by and play some pinball! :
Quoted from joetechbob:Are the mouse turds included, or extra?
Lol. It has been sitting in a shed since the 80’s!
I want it but don’t want to rip him off or be ripped off.
Quoted from bluespin:You should consider Georgia.
So, Georgia is better in your opinion….
I’ll definitely take advice from someone in those parts!

Wow, gorgeous!! Congrats. I have a Tropic Isle in similar condition, if I'm ever looking to move mine or you're looking to move yours, I'll contact you first. These two pins need to be in the same room one day.

Sounds like you guys need to get a room!

did you have it shipped by airplane?

$500 Non working, it's got the cool back box animation, it's worth the work and money to fix it up, and get it working.
Quoted from Flynnyfalcon:Hooked already!
[quoted image]
It's so much fun, best with friends, and or co op.
TNA was my first NIB, its bolted to the floor.
Cheers!
Quoted from in2kiss:Thumbs up for the machine. 2 thumbs down for the lighting!
Agreed! Starting a cart for LEDs already.
Quoted from Billygrippo:Nice!
I’m thinking about moving to Tennessee with my collection. How do you like it over there?
I’m on the Memphis side. We have a couple locations but a strong community around pins. I like it but Nashville has a bigger on location availability.
Quoted from waymon:Agreed! Starting a cart for LEDs already.
Comet has a Black Friday sale every November. Figure out what you want now and place your order on Black Friday.
Quoted from Billygrippo:Cargo container.
How long it take to ship it by cargo ship and if you do not mind how much?

Man, that Gottlieb Paradise looks great.

Only a select items are on sale, not the whole website.

i was going to ask the same, how's the process?
Quoted from ThatOneDude:Going to be selling some projects very soon.
A Marilyn Taxi, Wipe Out, Millionaire, Flipper Football and Blackout.

Aw man, I want any Blackout I can grab. Be closer :p
After hearing all these stories of how fast pins multiply, I must have chosen the wrong first game. It took two years for Frodo to find a friend. Guess I’ll need to wait for the kids to go to bed to get a turn.

The games are going to fade very quick also if that window they are next to has direct sunlight.
Awesome games!

My brother actually allowed me to put two pins in his 16’x6’ pod container, at a cost of $6500. I’m not sure about individual shipping for a single machine, but another guy said he had a quote of around $800.
Pod took just over a month to arrive.

A little off-topic....
So, this is how the realtors do it. Those houses for sale pics make the rooms look huge and then when you go for a real look there is barely enough room for a TV and a divan.

This has to be the shortest AD-DC and the longest LOTR on the planet. How do you do this photo stretching trickery?
Yup, they will use a "fish eye" lens or wide angle lens to give the impression of a larger space. So dumb!
Quoted from JohnnyPinball007:The games are going to fade very quick also if that window they are next to has direct sunlight.
Awesome games!
Window is facing east, but had always been covered. I swapped the window out a couple weeks ago and will get blackouts as it’s our media room as well.

Yes, used the wide angle lens on my iPhone to fit both games in. If the LOTR was that short as well I could’ve fit them facing each other.

You have the picture perfect pinball equivalent of Laurel and Hardy.

It’s easy to ship across the border. I get almost all my machines in the states.

Actually, that’s a Stern “stubby” AC/DC, with 33% shorter pf for tighter spaces and a Stern “tall boy” LOTR with a rare long-body pf. Getting to Valinor is virtually impossible.

Make the packing and shipping arrangements and I'm good with making a deal.
Quoted from VolitionFlipper:Hello! While I didn't bring this pin home "Today" I did get it two weeks ago. This is my first pin and the machine that got me into Pinball 2016, JJP The Hobbit Smaug Gold Special Edition.

Awesome! Congratulations! Welcome to the hobby.

Maybe I need to make sure I didn’t get a re-themed Mario Bros.
