It looks like two criminals broke in and set up the game for you.

Quoted from diamondfate9:Done enough research on Stranger Things and decided it was time to grab this LE before it's to late...very good decision...love every thing about this game ...good job Stern !

Congrats!! I like mine too
Now order a UV kit quick before they are unobtainium (they are only backordered right now)!
Quoted from gutz:It looks like two criminals broke in and set up the game for you.
They did show up with it in the back of their car. Maybe someone is missing a pin. lol
Quoted from MrMikeman:Congrats!! I like mine too

Yes that's a bummer they are backordered...I do have one ordered...wont get it till later in the year from what I was told...I've seen alot of people making adjustments to the demogorgan to make it easier to hit the money shot...I like the toughness of it actually...my thoughts are if they intended on it being an easy shot then they would have already made that adjustment during design and testing so I'm not messing with it...and it doesn't change any thing as far as being able to get to final showdown...I had to add a fan to the flippers for the TK lock and works great even playing over an hr...such a great game to come back and release after 20 yrs...brilliant work!
Quoted from Kkoss24:Nice .I’ve always liked this pin I think it will be my next unless something new pops up .
I was actually waiting for the next stern release as well...but I didnt want to take a chance of missing out on such a great game...lots of research and going to the local pinball garage helped make this decision an easy one

Now where on Gods green earth did you find that?
Nice pickup Sir

I think Stern moved some LEs about a 4-6 weeks ago. We received 4 in Canada, 1 of which is in my basement. #016

Trent in Columbus had one available so I snatched it up ...he has a #003 but the price tag is steeper ...thank you btw

Looks like that FG is in good hands now. A Top 3 Bally IMO.
Quoted from EJS:“What a piece of junk!”
Just kidding. Actually has a matching board set.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
WOW! I couldn't find one in that good of shape 36 years ago!
Quoted from sunnRAT:Looks like that FG is in good hands now. A Top 3 Bally IMO.
Thanks. Got it playing with an Altek board. There are issues of course. Original MPU is toast. Guy claims he owned it for 30 years and looks it sat idle most of that time.
I was going to transfer the playfield into my other cabinet that someone else painted. This cabinet is so dang clean inside I may just sell my other game completely and stencil this one.

Holy crap !! That playfield looks fantastic. Great score. Jealous.
Quoted from Flatroll:After a long scenic journey to Canada, I’m finally welcoming BSM to Vancouver, B.C.
My weekend just got a whole lot better! Cheers.

Is Vancouver kind of like Quebec where you don’t consider your area apart of
Canada?

I was thinking.. "a long trip to Canada, all the way from..... Canada"
Quoted from RustyLizard:Setting up the Flash Gordon I brought home the other day. This is why you don't leave games by a window.

All you need is a right hand side set of Pinball Pimp stencils and you are good to go. Fantastic play field.

Slingshot motorcycle's are facing the wrong direction, suggest you get a cliffy for the next city vuk, also suggest you get some ULEK sling protectors I helped to design and ULEK makes them.

Thanks@camcamaro1991. I can't be sure how long it would have taken me to notice the bikes in the wrong direction. I've got a long road ahead before I'll be looking at protectors. But when I get there I'll look those up.

Black Rose is a fun game. I had one and loved the layout and shot straight up the middle. The canon is awesome too. If I could choose one pin from the early 90’s to have remade with modern technology, I would pick BR. Underrated layout, imho. Congrats on yours!

NP, its a great game, everyone that is new to pinball flocks to this game its easy to play & understand, its an awesome starter pin. Its the most played game in my collection bar none. Totally underrated game.
Quoted from smoothbore19:Brought her home yesterday. Did a full topside teardown and clean.

Glad to hear that. Most of my family and friends are casual players so I think it will work for my situation. The ones that want deeper & harder can take one giant step to the right and play FT.
Haven't had anything "new" in a long time. First woodrail Wagon Train, works but needs some polish and adjustment.

Delivery day for my buddy today. Driving 1.5 hours east to drop off what he bought from me a couple months ago (one of the necessary moves to facilitate my Metallica premium) and help him get a few of his other machines up and going: my old meteor (I miss her so much!), a '78 playboy, and a paragon..hopefully!
PXL_20210419_150558755 (resized).jpgHello, my first machine Fish Tales that i over paid for last week:

Quoted from JPloof:Another NIB just landed. Will throw in some titan rubbers, install shaker and have the other parts out for powdercoating (orange). Can’t wait to dive in!

That's another level. It's a brand new game and you are modifying it already. Crazy.
