Really the PF isn't necessary to remove, but I just don't trust pushing against the cab with my body weight (with it just 'falling' down the stairs) so the only way I try taking things down solo is if it's completely in parts, with the playfield going down by itself. But really the head needs to come off for two people to comfortably take a game down. Head on requires 3 in order to guarantee nothing gets damaged as it goes down, just because of the logistical nightmare of the sharp 90 and the too-small landing. My wife is going to curse my name forever if I drop dead before I sell everything...lmao
