I guess technically not “brought home” today but also finally wrapped up my scratch build Quicksilver! What a weekend!

Quoted from TopMoose:

lesmanley isn't the only one who brought home a Rocket this week - the prettiest game of the 1940's found its way into my collection!
After getting it home, I replaced the fuse holders, cleaned the coil plungers, adjusted a couple of springs and it plays as nice as it looks! Thanks, spacetimeguy !

Wow! That thing is really cool! Not very common, I bet?

There’s no info on production numbers, but only a handful of Pinsiders have them. The sequential kickout holes are similar to Sing Along and Kings & Queens, but in a circle. It’s incredible when the ball makes a full orbit.

I feel fortunate to pick this Prospector up early this morning! I also picked up a nice Caribbean Cruise earlier this week.

Busy few weeks for me. Grabbed a NIB Avengers Infinity Wars from a fellow Pinsider. First NIB for me and it has been issue free out of the box.

Then this weekend picked up a nice JP premium from a different Pinsider. Should hold me for a while!

Gentlemen (and ladies).....start your engines!
Was never a big fan of this one, but was a good deal.

Gonna need some work though. Already know the test car needs rebuilt (not registering hits), needs cleaned desperately, and new LEDs and rings.

But should look good once done. Sadly I have to move a few out to the garage to make room to work on this one in the basement.

I had one of these for a while and I do miss it. It is a very overlooked game because of the theme. You can backhand all the shots, it has like 11 modes and 3 or 4 multiballs, 2 wizard modes and the bash toy opens to a scoop...give it a chance for sure!

Both great games. For me, edge goes to JP2, especially the pro, which is a lot of pinball for under $6k. Fun shots, deep code and all the Nedry you can take. You can’t go wrong with your choice tho.

First pinball pickup of 2021 -- a game from the 90s based on a futuristic movie that takes place in 2021.

I watched the movie the night before pickup. . . I give it credit for at least getting the global pandemic prediction right.

Almost 800 miles round-trip driving, I rescued this neglected machine from a disgusting storage garage. Playfield has some slight wear, it's filthy dirty, but the boards, cabinet and ramps are all in good shape. Really happy to find one of only 1,300-ish made.

Not a pin but working and FREE Thanks to a fellow Pinsiders heads up and it was just the next town over. My wife jokingly asked me what I was doing for the day at breakfast and I told her “oh, driving down the east coast again to pick up a pin” and she just shrugged and laughed. I hadn’t actually planned on getting anything today. The picture is from where I picked it up from.

Edit: I actually made money. It had $12 worth of quarters in the coin box.

Quoted from RonSS:

Nice grab Chris! Cheap is good, free is better!

It was interesting getting it in the finished basement. I had to take it apart in three and separate the coin door base from the alley. I was hoping I could have left it in two but it couldn’t make the swing. We then slid the alley through a window. After getting the cabinet downstairs we realized it was too wide for the door by a couple inches. In order to fit it I had to take the decorative trim around the head to slide it in. I probably should have taken measurements . I really didn’t want to move it back out
