Ugh I want a haunted house again. I’ve had about five of them, think i’d learn my lesson but it has arguably the coolest vibe/art of any game imo. The bonus is fun rack up too.

Hard to believe this makes Seawich #5. It’s also the nicest one out of all I had. Gotta love it when its only 15 minute drive. B3A1EA9E-370E-40ED-AC48-E46D2206AC04 (resized).jpegB3A1EA9E-370E-40ED-AC48-E46D2206AC04 (resized).jpeg

Got my first pin that wasn't from my nostalgic, teenage playing years. And I wanted a deeper rule set. I think I've got my hands full figuring this one out!!

Data East, Bally, Williams and Stern. Any more machines and some living room furniture is going to have to go!

I’m very slowly getting the gang together... I’ve got 6 pins (and another arriving soon) scattered amongst friends and family as space is quite limited... today was a good day 9AC60205-4C2C-45EB-9265-137F81853759 (resized).jpeg9AC60205-4C2C-45EB-9265-137F81853759 (resized).jpeg9A9C4F1F-ECD4-4E9C-B7D6-6950484421CE (resized).jpeg9A9C4F1F-ECD4-4E9C-B7D6-6950484421CE (resized).jpeg1E24F752-61A9-4952-8190-779728538FBF (resized).jpeg1E24F752-61A9-4952-8190-779728538FBF (resized).jpeg

In my excitement I forgot to take a pic from my van. Ten hour round trip, but enjoyed a Chicago hot beef and hot dog from Portillo's! Good to have the trio together. Still trying to pick a favorite!

Drying up? was it wet?!

It was a cold wet drive home under the tarp.
Box was dry.
Just in case.
Node boards are pretty finicky in my experience.

Picked up a Stargate last week.
Already stripped and cleaned the topside.
New rubbers.
Waiting on LED’s, new targets, target decals.
Flipper bats, rope light, flipper rebuild kits.

Fun game to play.

How do you like it so far?
Haven’t had a chance to play one and don’t know anybody here locally that got one.
I suppose it won’t be until shows start up again that I get a chance to play one.

I left some more of my play findings in the stern heavy metal club thread.
Doesn't play the same as a true pin.
You know they could have done so much more.

This so should have had a mirrored backglass with digit scoring. Very surprised they went with orange DMD rather than either retro or modern lcd.

Get ready for some pinball fun. Catacomb is as brutal as they get. It will help make you a better player.

I was going to tell you that CPR is making Catacomb play fields, but it looks like CPR has sold out.

How much does a used prem go for now?

Quoted from Whysnow:

How much does a used prem go for now?

I have been shopping around for the last month and anywhere from low $6k to $6500 and most of them are loaded down with mods already. I saw many at the $7k mark but I am not sure the market is willing to pay that much for a 7 year old game.

I didn't expect to be picking anything up only 3 days into the new year, especially when I was already a game over the limit space wise, but this popped up and I couldn't not buy it for the price. I know most people don't like it, but I have fond memories of the WWE / Stern King of the Ring Tournament and I had a WWE before and have always enjoyed the challenge of it. I only got rid of it before because I traded it for cash & space towards my JJPPOTC which I don't regret for a second, but now I have one back and way sooner than I ever thought I would. My biggest problem now will be figuring how to fit these games in my game room if I want to keep them all.

Made the five hour one way trek to Pasadena yesterday down the 5 to pick up Snaroff’s Jurassic Park. Never played the game before. Incredible game worth the hype. Ate an in and out burger on the return and took a 20 minute power nap at a rest stop near Bakersfield!

That’s Wally World btw in the photo.

Picked up this Bally Star Trek on the cheap. Rescued it from a damp shed. Let it dry for a week and cleaned it up. A few fuses and rubbers and it plays great. Will have to restore it when I’m done with Xenon.
