I'd like to know what WFO means. I get tired of acronyms that are taking over the language.

Finally get to post here after months of jealousy. Thanks to Doug in Salem (has a stellar collection btw).

She’s got some high mileage but I’m going to buff her up.

I'll go with Wide Fuckin' Open. Sounds reasonable.

I still have the Ford factory service manual for my 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII. The manual looks like a Sears catalog. There are 17 pages of acronyms in that manual. 17 pages of acronyms !

F.U.C.K.

Fornication Using Carnal Knowledge. F.U.C.K. has saved lots of ink over the years.

Or wound flat out if mom is around... it is motorcycle lingo and the game announces WFO at times, with a #1 high score I believe. It was a nod to the call-out in the game.

Ha, I bought this from the guy that started this thread, great seller. We all love that imamaculate thread for those that made the reference. Trust me, mine came with legs and most likely had more than 600 plays. Still nice though, even if it wasn't imamaculate.

My two pickups from the last three days. I bought them both from the same client. I had sold this Star Trek to them, right before the pandemic hit. The Black Knight has a new playfield and a new CPR backglass. I may go ahead a finish the restore on it and make the rest new as well. The Star Trek, is one of the nicest, non restored examples I have seen. Very minimal wear and should be easy to touch up.

Not to be a jerk but virtually everything on that Trek playfield looks to have been replaced. Drops, poppers, plastics, bats, maybe the lane guides and posts too.

I was referring to the playfield and cabinet itself. I guess I should have been more specific. Most ST's I see, have had major touchups, (usually bad) or decals laid on them. The bats are new, I put new bats on almost every pin I shop. The posts are not new, I just cleaned them all. The plastics, I can't say. They were dirty and warped when I got the table, but clear. I cleaned and flattened them out. So no, this has not been restored. Just properly shopped out.

Words have meaning.

"non restored" and you see a bunch of new looking parts.. I feel compelled to ask.

They look like CPR plastics, the tell is the color of the blues and some of the text work.

It’s all good! You did say,” not to be a jerk” in your post. So your intentions must have been good. It just sounded a little like something said from pinside police. I’m sorry, I’m new here and didn’t realize that you have to be very accurate when making a statement. Proper context is important! Maybe if it were an Ad to sell. Sorry, just my opinion. It seems it’s okay to voice an opinion on here. So we should be all good now

I wouldn’t mind having one. I’m out of room unfortunately. I am really drawn to the artwork. I might have to settle for a nice backglass if there are any out there for sale

Posted a picture of my trailer filled from a large purchase two weeks ago. These are the ems that we’re in the purchase. Was also a Big Hit which a friend took. I’ll post a picture of the solid State machines next weekend. Some ems are already spoken for. I’ll post market place adds for the rest including the ss machines this weekend.

I think it is harder to find a good survivor than the numbers say. I have seen some pretty bad ones but now with me having been forced into retirement could only hope to play one someday.

Just wished I could have bought em's when they were going for $100-200 when electronic started.

Yeah they don't seem to come up for sale too often. Mine has a great playfield and backglass, but somebody did a less than stellar job repainting the cab. I had inquired about the one above, but figured I would want to repaint that one too.

I was a better artist when I was younger but now I wouldn't even try. I do have a cousin who paints murals and have did a bike or two. Have any friends or relatives that are good?

No, so the question is do I do it myself and have it possibly turn out so-so again? Or do I pay to have it done by somebody with skills? Leaning towards the latter. Here's a couple pics...

I would go for the second also. Enjoy the pin and put it between two other pins so you don't see the cabinet so much. Just glad to see another em out there.

Not the correct pattern, but not horrible either. Agree with Grayman, stick it between 2 other pins.

Picked up a really nice Elvis and Family Guy.
Sold the Family Guy already.

Also picked up a triple cash slot machine in the deal.

Never did take a picture of the FG.
Cabinet was a bit rougher.

Both pins were low play.

Nice looking lineup Dan. Any chance you'd share the price of the slot? I'm looking at a similar era one myself currently but think it's too high. Thanks
