Iā€™m not sure if Iā€™ve mentioned this before or not but flipping through this thread, those folks taking selfies with their new games, look like some of the happiest people in the world. Whether itā€™s their first game or their 100th.

Iā€™ve seen people with winning lottery tickets smile less.

I like this thread. Keep it up!

Unfortunately there is no manufacturing name anywhere on it.
Hereā€™s a photo of the back box if anyone could identify the manufacturer that would be awesome.
It also has there little 12volt screw in bulbs.

Actually got it home on Saturday and just put it back together today. 1 1/2 hour flight and a 750 mile in 11.5 hours drive home. I thought I was picking up a 100% working game, but when I arrived to pick it up, the first couple of balls don't registered on the balls in play and the flippers flip non-stop when the flipper button is held in. After a couple of balls played through, the game registers as ball one in play and the flippers work fine, however, the ball in play never advances past one so the game never ends. And probably an easier fix, one of the pop bumpers keeps firing the entire time. So, I brought home an unexpected project.

Man...why didnā€™t Bally and Williams (and every other manufacturer) take lessons from Playmatic or Zaccaria on how to make playfields???

So much great artwork compromised and worn down on B/W, and even GTB titles.

Just a moderate wipe down with Novus 1 on this Fantasy...scuffs and grime come up, ball track gone, shiny and smooth. Nuts.

Sounds like you have a short or something arcing under the PF, and thereā€™s an issue with the stepper unit. Sucks to expect a working game and not get it after a flight and long drive.

All perfect. Playmatic cleared their PFā€™s in the factory with some kind of resilient, non-dimpling and non-chipping superb material. Whatever the hell it was. Iā€™ve had a few, and Iā€™ve never seen cracking around an insert on a Playmatic game.

I fell in love with Fantasy (actually the 1 player Fairy) at Replay FX a few years ago. They put a power ball in and it played like crazy. Of all the games there, thatā€™s the one I kept coming back to. Congrats!

Just completed the minor repairs needed from the Semi truck ride from Iowa, to Chicago, to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Piece de Resistance of my KISS room! I imagine the Bally KISS machines have the highest percentage of owners who are single-machine owning KISS fans vs standard pin collector. All new boards, recent cabinet refurb and original playfield/backglass 9/10.

I had a Sonic Cherry Bell that was the same way. You could not feel the inserts with your eyes open. The black ball trail in the shooter arch wiped off with a little 409. Yes, there was some kind of film stretched across the play field. My friend's Mar Trek looks super, too. But it is ink on the play field and no film.

But I also had a Playmatic Space Gambler. it had crappy inserts like we are used to seeing.

We are on green 18, it is "cools" vs. "awesomes" 5 to 2. . In any other game, cools would be out front with 5 over 2. Not in golf.

We are in the bottom of the 9th, and the cools are leading 5 to 2.

Not a pin, but found this for sale locally from a Pinsider for $600! Needs a little TLC. Ah, takes me back to the late 70's at the local 7-11 lining up quarters in the marquis to denote that 'I got next game'!

Iā€™ve been busy. Idle hands and all!

Just got MBr LE setup and will get to the AFMr LE once I stop sweating and eat some dinner!

I setup a little arcade in the garage for my boys and the other kids and parents on the street. Been a huge hit and have gotten a bunch of people excited about playing nightly now!
