Not a pin, but this showed up last Friday, courtesy of a well-to-do out of state friend who thought we needed one for the game room - 1959 Seeburg 222. You think a pin is heavy......

Nice. I had a 51 Seeburg selectomatic. It was such a pig that the wheels dug a channel into my hardwood floors.

Also not a pin, but lotsa musicians on here, and I know how you guys like the thrill of the chase....i won it on eBay with a ridiculously low bid - seller had zero feedback, local pickup only which probably scared people off. Her son moved to Germany years ago and amp was too expensive to ship. She also threw in a 12 string acoustic w/hardshell case, a couple guitar stands and 8 wall hangers. I'm in SE Mich, amp was in Brooklyn, NY, about 1250 miles round trip. I grabbed a co-pilot, left at 5am and back home by 1030pm, including stopping for a couple New York slices, couple photo ops, and picking up some lawn ornaments in PA for the wife.
We made good time

TMNT?
No big lebowski right? I actually have never seen the movie.

What?? That is sad.

And I am a strong believer that if you haven’t seen the movie...then you definitely should not own the game.

But Congo, Shadow and Johnny Mnemonic were horrible movies, but great pins.

Agreed. But if you own any movie-themed pin, you should’ve at least seen the movie once.

One of our favorite pins and a keeper is the shadow. We actually watch the movie for the first time after owning the pin for a couple months. I understood why we never seen it before. That’s the only pin that we never saw the move that we have owned. I’m glad we didn’t see the movie first lol. We didn’t like it at all

Still havent seen the Shadow

#17066 3 years ago
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:

Still havent seen the Shadow

Don't listen to the naysayers, it's an entertaining movie. Just don't forget it's a 90's era film based on a 30's/40's pulp hero and it pays to have some background on the character before you watch it.

The movie Darkman was supposed to be The Shadow, but the the film makers couldn't get the rights to the character. That is another entertaining 90's era film.

I paid them their asking price, didn't even question it. She said she had 128 messages, a few offering another hundred bucks but she told them no, it's sold, which was super cool.

Ive had 4 games so far this year where the seller took more money from.someone else. One actually had to send me my money back.
When i sell a game it is sold. I get better offer and i tell them there are in line if the sale falls through. Always nice when someone keeps their word. Id have never gotten my High Speed if there seller hadnt kept his word. He had abiut a dozen offers after mine.

I brought home an IKEA game today . Who knew you could flat pack a Charlie's Angels! . The funny thing is it's all there and the price was right. If anyone in the New England area has a lower cab for one let me know.... otherwise I'll just reuse a donor Countdown cab I've got.

ah,the sound of the coin door banging back and forth

#17083 3 years ago
Quoted from pinostalgia:

Open the coin door all the way and wedge the passenger seat back to hold it up. I remember listening to the rattle of the apron on my Sega Baywatch for 4.5 hours. I faded the speakers to the front and cranked up the jams.

With ems you always hear that little tilt ball rolling back and forth. It's a happy sound as it means I'm bringing home a new project.

Spring Break from Allentown 2 years ago, had to pull over and pull the ball.

click, clack, click, clack.

The rear seat of my suv doesn’t fold flat so I bring the pin into the suv on a moving blanket to pull it over the hump. I wedge the edge of the blanket into the door frame and close the door.

Another option is to buy a few coin door locks, bring one with you, and install the lock at the sellers house. Shouldn’t take long.

Duct tape for the door. Paper towels for the tilt bob and tilt ball.

That’s what I do. It takes two minutes to install.

Lol. Would have been 1 1/2 shorter round trip for you too! I think I was lucky to get it. He said I was the first to respond and he kept his word about selling it to me. Seller said he had over 50 emails after mine that included trade offers, etc. I was concerned about driving all that way and finding out he sold/traded it to someone else.

A nice Firepower came up for sale less than an hour away, this is my closest pickup ever at 55 miles away! I had my dad come along for the one, first time he has ever been with me as I needed his truck!

I was being facetious, because the photos give no indication.
It's a Gottlieb wedgehead with a white cabinet and a blue collar, probably from the late 60's or very early 70's with four lanes at the top. Buckaroo? Fun Land? Perhaps Stock Car or a Four Square?

Is it an add-a-ball version of one of the ones I mentioned? Cow-Poke or Fun Fair?

ed: Those red triangles on the cabinet make me think Fun Fair.
