Quoted from herbertbsharp:TZ baby! Got it home and first thing I did was destroy the translite glass, I set it down and BOOM! The playfield is very nice. No sure if I'm gonna keep it. I'l probably sell Diner and SST If I do. DSCF1939.JPG DSCF1940.JPG DSCF1943.JPG
Did the same F-ing thing tonight on the right side addams I posted above. Was rebuilding connectors and wanted to look at the other one for reference and took the glass out and had it in my hand by the plastic trim and it slid out and hit the floor right on the corner.
simplykind, I see you have an adjustment failure. Did someone pull the batteries? Sure hope there isn't any alkaline damage to the MPU. Congrats on your purchase.
Quoted from Reality_Studio:Got me a Judge Dredd, such a cool game!

Thank you for info on your Judge Dredd. I wish you could find one for 1400 like everyone says. Very nice
Quoted from simplykind:Yeah it will need a new battery holder as this one had a minor leak, dont see anything on the mpu though. The tab actually broke off when I removed the old batteries.
More pics since I got it home.
I would not mind seeing a few close up photos of the playfield.
That will really tell me how good this machine is overall.
Quoted from RyanClaytor:LIONMAN!!! Wait...can I say that here?
Regardless, congrats!
I think that was appropriate

Any thoughts? I don't see a single pf issue minus some slightly dirty posts and a little leftover wax. Look at how clean it was under the lockdown bar. The bar itself took a little force to remove due as did the pf glass, almost like it was snug from barely ever being removed.

Finally was able to pick up this neat old game. Montague Redgrave's Parlor Bagatelle with a patented date of May 30th, 1871. This is now the oldest game in my collection, beating out my other M. Redgrave game by five years.

Oh my gawd, John! That is so bad-anus!
I love the bells strapped directly onto the PF and the little loops forming a tunnel! Great to see that old label on the bottom under the "legs" too!
I can't wait to see it in person. Please don't sell it! Ha-ha!

That is a beautiful BK2K! I sold mine just like it except with the early plastics to a real good friend recently so it is close by. His wife loves it too.
I brought home this Williams Steeple-Chase this weekend with a perfect backglass and an NOS playfield recently installed. Life is good!
I have already flipped the flippers since then.

So much on this thread to covet today!!! Nice score, Odin.

Thanks Ryan, I knew you'd get a kick out of seeing this. I have no plans to sell it, plus it doesn't take up any floor space and only just a little bit of wall space. Next time your over I'll even let you play it...ha ha.

One of the best examples of a BK2K I have seen in well past 20 years.
Is there even a mylar coating on this playfield?
It does not look to be the case.
If there is not, feel fortunate, most were destroyed due to that decision.
I would really like you to take one more photo, a hi res shot of the entire playfield focused on the lightning wheel.
I would like this have this for reference.
Also, you could do a favor for the community.
Upload your photos to the archives.

Actually it does have mylar. It's really hard to notice though with how new/shiny it looks. I will get more highres photos and upload to the archive. I didn't want to keep spamming this thread with them

Has it ever even been played? Nice game.
Quoted from Chosen_S:Sunny Drive time! love it when a deal works out... and you can throw them in the back of the pickup on a Texas sunny day
Considering the amazing reds on these, that hour of sun is probably all its seen in the past 20 years, and all it pretty much will see in the next 20 lol
Quoted from MikeO:Has it ever even been played? Nice game.
By me? Oh hell yes. By the previous owner? Probably not so much.
Quoted from o-din:Thanks! . The horses are on the track.

I love old horse racing themes. That's really cool it has the names of horses on there. Looks like a tough game though. Nudging required.
Brought this home last night--Deadly Weapon. Probably paid a little much for it, but considering they only made 803 of these with most going overseas, I figured I might not see another one for a while. The cabinet has some chunks taken out of it along some of the edges and one of the corners (behind one of the legs). Playfield is in pretty good shape, but there is some minor wear on the edges of some inserts, which can probably be touched up without too much trouble. All the plastics are intact. The game needs a shop job, but it booted, coined up, and seemed to be in mostly working order upon a cursory inspection.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Quoted from dmbjunky:I love old horse racing themes. That's really cool it has the names of horses on there. Looks like a tough game though. Nudging required.
It is a tough game and surprisingly fast. Williams used 50 volt coils back in the day and the slings, bumpers, and flippers have a lot of kick. It is a nudger alright but I keep the tilt settings tight on all my games.
One reason I am picking up so many of these vintage two inch flipper games is there is so much variety of layouts, features and shots that no two are alike. And you have to pay attention to every move you make or the ball is gone in a hurry.
Quoted from ovfdfireman:Finally, arrived today. I have never played the game. I am impressed with the quality of this game. Incredible work!
Congratulations.
If Pro Pinball Timeshock! is ever made there will probably less than 300 made of that title, and I will be first in line for that one similar to this one.

its alien or timeshock for me, most likely timeshock since it will be so limited
Quoted from Grnrzr:This is one of my favorite threads. I've been wanting to post in here for a while so, I found this today and had to bring it home. A little rough but will be fun when I get it going

AMAZING, I love mine, always a challenge keeping it perfect though

That is a nice friggin game...looks cherry. Awesome find.

I saw that on CL and at a good price too. Congrats on the Black Knight pickup!
Quoted from o-din:I'll just put it with the rest of them.
*LOL* You are the man.
Dunno where you're putting all of them. Wish I could see where you set 'em up?
Quoted from RyanClaytor:Dunno where you're putting all of them.
Me neither. I'll be sleeping on the floor soon. Not that that's a bad thing, but it gets a little cold down there.
