Without VidKidz, alot of these early classics would not be.

I got a nice lot of stuff from a local warehouse. I was pretty excited about the dk jr. but then I was really excited when I found this behind some machines!

Well call me jealous. That probably paid for your entire purchase, and then some!

Just finished picking up my FIRST pin, Data East Jurassic Park!

Just make sure you have room for more.

So I've heard...the wife is pretty adamant that we have one, and only one. So far I'm in love with the JP and also can't WAIT to mess around and tinker with it. It's been in a family basement for 20years, so there's alot I get to do to make it mine.

Assuming getting a machine and IMMEDIATELY wanting to mess with it is normal? Maybe I'm a little crazy...

#14862 4 years ago
Quoted from ZAuxier:

we have one, and only one.

I wonder what the average length of time here on Pinside is before someone caved and got another one after their first. I didn’t even plan on having one and now I have six, a multicade and an EM rifle.

Data point: exactly one year for this house

I just bought number 5 this past weekend. Zero to Five in 1 year and a month! I definitely have a problem

Congrats, but the words "project" and "STTNG" in the same sentence gives me nightmares.

The trick is to get her to want another one without her realizing that was the plan all along.

Excellent question. Start a thread with a
poll, ...or has there already been one?

Quoted from Green-Machine:

Problem?
What problem?
The only problem I see is where you're going to put #6!

My goal initially was to own one. I’ve posted in this thread “a few times”, so that hasn’t worked out.

I planned on buying one for our new basement rec room remodel 2 years ago. That lasted about 2 months before I got a second one. 2 months after that I got a third. 2 years later, I have 6. At least I have no more space now so six is the max.

There always more space, because they would look great in the dining room and kitchen.

It was about 3 weeks for me. I never planned on having one, either. I used to be in a KISS tribute band, and my sister called me one day when she saw a KISS game in the Trading Times (you old timers will remember that - pre-Internet days). I ended up with the game, and the guy had told me it was a collectors item, I really shouldnt play it a lot. Well my daughter was about 7 at the time, and her and her friends well all over that thing. So I called the guy a few weeks later and told him I needed a decoy and got a Space Invaders from him.
25 games later..........

This followed me home tonight... I physically have no room for it at the moment, so have dropped it off at a mates. He's pretty bloody excited, never had a pinball and only showed interest in the last 12-24 months. I suspect he'll be 110% hooked soon enough.

Not the most desirable pinball in the world, but one of the ones that got me into pinball in the mid 2000's. Glad to finally add it to my growing collection.

Going through the settings you might want to have a set number decimal places for the next update. Same for font on difficulty setting but that you can still make out for the most part
