Quoted from Daditude:What game is that?
Catacomb
Quoted from Pinballer22:Excited to have found this one!

Quoted from BenB:Awesome game! I totally did that green!
My favorite cabinet art (was my avatar for awhile). Congrats!
Quoted from Pdt1495:First pin for me and it’s my favorite....FH! Looking forward to playing and tinkering. New to Pinside as well....terrific site!

Great first pin! & Welcome!
Allentown Pinfest was good to me... I wasn’t too good to my wallet. LOL
SW was prearranged. BKSOR was an opportunity when someone else backed out of the demo from the vendor.
Whoever attacked my daughter, stating we were taking his game, while I was bringing the truck around was not cool. It all worked out in the end though.

WTH? That’s when I would have pulled my sword and armor out of the truck...ready for battle.
Quoted from dothedoo:My favorite cabinet art (was my avatar for awhile). Congrats!
Wait a minute... I always thought that your avatar was from Scooby Doo.
Spooky Space Kook.

Spooky Space Kook.
You are correct! But before that I had one of the hooded figures from Catacomb.
Quoted from Colsond3:Started cleaning out the cabinet, found a post it in there. Now all I can think about is what the hell happened on 9/16/2015...and did they commit fully?
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
My guess is that on that date, Colson passed on buying his first project machine. It is a note to the present-day Colson to never go against your pinball logic and just buy and never bye, bye
Quoted from Colsond3:Picked this project up at Pinfest. Fun, simple Sys 11 game, and it’s actually in pretty decent shape. Looks like the PSB and a few connectors are shot.

That’s funny, as I found a post it note in the manual of the eldorado city of gold I bought last Friday.
It’s a bit hard to read, but I took it as
“Rose upset last weekend. Didn’t sleep with her. Today was going to have brandy but got involved with pinball...”
Quoted from sixtyfourbits:Today was going to have brandy but got involved with pinball...”
A future warning to all future pinheads!
Quoted from sixtyfourbits:That’s funny, as I found a post it note in the manual of the eldorado city of gold I bought last Friday.
Who did you get the El Dorado from? That’s hilarious. Poor Rose got shafted (well, I guess she didn’t)
Obviously the author works in the medical field...Tegaderm post it and no one else uses a damn C with a slash over it in personal writing.

Since we're still talking about this..... I think it's pretty neat to find things like this.
I assume you all know about found magazine?

That sounds like the beginning of a bad Resident Evil game.

I don't believe the note to be from the people I bought it from, as I got both of their names and neither was Rose. They were an older couple (70s?). Unless Rose was a sidechick from the medical office/hospital? lol. This mystery will likely never be solved. Gave me a bit of a laugh when I found it though.
I guess my author never committed fully? To Rose or the brandy that is. He did to pinball though, and that's what counts.
Got a great deal on this Centaur II today. If I tell you the price you'll be jealous, so I won't.
It came with 2 backglasses, a spare new plastics set, a complete set of Alltek boards and a pile of spare boards. Anyone looking for a Squawk & Talk?
This will eventually take its place next to my other Class of 1981 Bally's Fireball II and Flash Gordon.

Tell me, I can take it.
What's this thing that I drove 2.5 hours to get into the back of my car?

That's right, it's time to EAT some PM!

(Pic is blurry and sucks, but you get the idea.)
I don't normally store my games next to large windows, but this is a temporary non-home location to make space, and drum up interest, until I get around to moving all my stuff where it ought to be.
Also, the backbox design of my homebrew (Undertale, to the left) was directly inspired by the design of this machine. Look how terrible my measurements were, with no actual Bally backbox to copy dimensions from!
Quoted from Pinballer22:Couple new games made it to the game room today. Like new Goldeneye and Black Knight. Should be a busy/fun weekend
That Goldeneye does look clean as hell. Nice grab.

Undertale looks awesome. Cool artwork.
Picked up an AMH this week. Having a blast with it so far and feeling fortunate as this is only the 2nd one I’ve seen in person.
You can see the stark lighting difference between my lit up FH vs the AMH. It’s not as dramatic when you’re playing though. This one has the color matched LED upgrade. Ordered titan glow rubbers and a few spotlights to brighten things up.
One thing I didn’t expect was to laugh out loud during hearing the call outs for the first time while playing the game with a buddy. Sure, a lot of it is silly and you have to be into campiness, which is right up my alley, but the game is truly funny at times.

Congrats!!
It's a beautiful day for a road trip!
6 hours on the road, 450+ miles covered and I came back with a really interesting and rare project machine! I'm excited to get her dancing again.
Thanks, amkoepfer !

I have this game at my house, please let me know if you need any internal pictures.
Picked these up within 2 days of each other. One for me and one for my other half - she's always been a Globetrotter fan!
GBOT will get the entire restore treatment, new paint, new rails, new playfield, new plastic set, etc.
Super excited to see it fresh!
Wipe Out is a theme near and dear to my heart. Worked at a ski area as a kid, taught ski school, ran the rental shop, skied a 100 + days a year and loved every minute of it!
