Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Got my grail game! Don’t know what I’ll do with myself now, I’ve been looking for ages.
Found this gem buried deep in a Facebook group, head to toe Chestnut brass w/ HSA playfield. I should probably go play it I guess, thanks again bobby !!!

Wow, that's a beautiful specimen!!!
Quoted from TractorDoc:This is what happens when you attend a pinball show and the seller says "Make me an offer" . . . so you throw a number out there. . . and he accepts.

Classic Sterns are out of this world!
I hope that you got a stellar deal

I was over the moon about it. . . especially when I opened the upper cabinet to find a new Alltek MPU board installed!

Beautiful game! I just brought one home not nearly as nice but the playfield is beautiful. I’m thinking of doing all the brass etc like that. It’s good to see pics. I can’t wait to get into it.
Quoted from TractorDoc:I was over the moon about it. . . especially when I opened the upper cabinet to find a new Alltek MPU board installed!
Wow. Congrats. So jealous. I played a beer to heck one and it was still fun. Ever since I saw it led ‘d in the queen movie I have wanted one.
This is definitely one of my favorite threads to check daily. I think everyone on here knows the excitement of bringing home a new machine.
Even when it’s not you and your game, I still find it enjoyable to see what made
Someone else’s day.

...and I am immediately jealous.
Two new pins in the line up. I put some pin stadium lights in Munsters, what a difference!

It’s one of those that would be difficult to replicate due to licensing. It’s dirty and needs ColorDMD’ed and LED’ed. My favorite kind of project.

Yes. We want an accurate account.
This was on FB Marketplace 37 minutes. I was the lucky first to call and get there. Perfect back glass almost perfect playfield. Lights up, not sure if starts game yet.

Hope there is a cool story for the find.
Quoted from Vic_Camp:This game is going to clean up real nice. Glad my oldest boy loves to take a road trip.

Looks pretty nice, Vic. Any chance it will stay around?

Card Whiz is awesome!
Quoted from ToucanF16:Starting the 1430 mile drive home. Any guesses what’s in the back?
[quoted image]
why would anybody drive 2800 miles for a pinball?
Quoted from OTTOgd:Meh. Not as much fun as Royal Flush.
Take your negativity elsewhere. This thread is a decent one where people can be happy for others. That's why I love coming in here every day!

I like to drive?

well said.
Quoted from MikeO:Looks pretty nice, Vic. Any chance it will stay around?
Not sure yet.....it’s so clean and has low plays too. Can't see any top arch wear either. I might have to make room for this, if possible. I’m going to shop it out and work my magic on the game and play it some first.

I believe it was a joke, because they are the same pin.

Congrats! What a beautiful pin. I still have never crossed paths with this pin hopefully soon.

Geez louise, I was kiddin' around!
Like finnflash mentioned, they're the same game! ... except Card Whiz is 2-player and Royal Flush is 4-player.
Welcome to the pin ball hobby!
Quoted from OTTOgd:Geez louise, I was kiddin' around!
It was a good one, too. I learned something new and got a good laugh out of it!
5401D8DA-9B30-47E3-A7BE-3619B40D4BDB.gifBrought home a Gottlieb Central Park today... already played 10 games... will post a pic before I go to bed. Nice shape, working all the way, resets, releases balls, plays, flips, scores and yes tilts... Hurdy Gurdy was one fo my first pinball machines I ever played, so Central Park is an acceptable substitute. And besides, it has a bell ringing monkey on the backglass, and what more could you ask of a monkey on your back glass?
Others were right when they told me: "If you buy one, be careful, they tend to multiply"
After my ToM a year ago i got a BSD now at my home. I love the game so far. But oh man, it does kick my ass. Left ramp looks so easy to hit and I already lost count of the times i hit that f*** post
