No pictures but I brought home a bally eight ball today. Might have been the shortest trip I've ever taken to pick up a game - it was 10 minutes from my house. I could get used to these short trips!

TZ in a home for 23 years. Dirty but functional. Matching serial number boards. Playfield is in excellent condition. Coindoor doesn’t have a mark on it and the light board is still white!
Batteries clearly leaked but no board damage.
GI connectors burned but have now been replaced.
My neighbor, seen below, went with me to pick it up a whopping 3.8 miles from my house.

Good old J121
-Nice score in your backyard
I picked this great looking CYCLONE from ashburton on Tuesday. Drove 970 mile in 1 day (only 1 speeding ticket).
I first played this machine in 1989 at the University of Oklahoma student center, and is the one I’ve always wanted.
The kids and wife love it!

Great to see when a Pinsider gets a machine with 'nostalgic' history!
Mine was a Jokerz that I played in college back in 1989 also!
Quoted from pfinny:Think I would pull that MPU on the TZ and check the back of the board to me from photos looks like the batteries may have leaked enough for it to get under some traces.
I pulled it out and surprisingly there isn’t any sign of damage on the board at all!
Let’s just call it lucky I guess.

That's too funny. I played the heck out of a Cyclone at University of Mississippi student union building during my first 2 years there for graduate school from 1988-1989. I wonder if Williams had some deal with a bunch of universities at that time....
Great experience shipping with Fastenal. There’s a Full Throttle buried in that crate! Radius118 did a phenomenal job crating this pin. A great buying experience. Someday I’ll have this pin sitting next to the Alien LE I recent bought.

I sense a pin hoarder here.

Possibly...
BTW, the TAF I got from you is gonna be a work of art when the restoration is complete!

I've been thinking about picking up a TAF again. That game has to be one of the coolest multiball starts. So many games to choose from... Guess that is how one becomes a hoarder, LOL
Quoted from PinsOnly:Well, that was a good start to the Weekend!!

Had a empty stall for a week and filled it today with Hot Tip. It came with a lock bar with holes in it which can’t be right.

A good friend was going to TPF and agreed to bring it back to Ohio so the deal was done. This game has changed hands twice in the last 6 months because it has some cabinet issues and needs a full restoration but I couldn’t resist the goodness that is Ted Zale and gladly welcomed this project to give it another chance at life.
