Love the backglass and scales going down the sides of the backbox.

I always thought it would be fun to retheme a soda machine into a beer machine !

As soon as I can get my pop machine to the basement I'm adding a button for beer and one for weed that will be in them Coca-Cola stash cans.

Umm... why do you have a picture of the delivery guy?

He IS the delivery guy!

Just picked this one up today! It is being guarded closely by some cozy pups.

Cute pups!

We often tell people ours are mutts if we are on a walk or something and don’t want to have to repeat the breed name twelve times.

For some reason a lot of mutts end up looking like Tollers, though

Nice. Don't see Catacomb too often, let alone fs. Tried to buy one last year, but guy didn't want to part with it.

#11263 5 years ago

We are excited to have finally found one!

#11264 5 years ago

Bringing it to MGC?

#11265 5 years ago
Quoted from ToucanF16:

So, I’m heading back from Arizona to Mississippi with Lexy in the back. I gas-up in Albuquerque and continue heading east and have a craving for tacos. I stop at a Taco Bell in the middle of nowhere. The family of five in front of me takes five minutes to place a $105 order. It’s going to take forever to fill this order and I still have almost a thousand miles to travel and don’t have time for this. I’ve got to get on the road and press on towards Mississippi. The next Taco Bell is in Tucumcari about 100 miles down the road.

Some good-natured ribbing, as I also occasionally eat at Taco Bell....

Surely you could have found a better taco option in New Mexico along I40 between Albuquerque and Tucumcari!!

At least it was snow, not rain.

You could say they are Pinside Trollers. That should confuse the non pin playing public.

It would be funny if people start looking to get a dog of that breed.

Ribbing deserved and you’re right about better taco options in New Mexico! I was just amazed how five people (three were children) is could spend $105 at Taco Bell!

My second road trip of the week and first NIB. I got to meet the former and current owners of Flip-N-Out Pinball. Met up with Larry and Zach to get the machine.

Stopped by Lloyd's warehouse sale in Hagerstown this morning to see if there was anything interesting for sale. He posted on his facebook page that he was having a major warehouse clearing out sale.
IMG_20190308_104139_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_104139_01 (resized).jpg

There were many rooms, and floors filled with so much stuff from gas pumps and scales to jukeboxes and arcade games!
IMG_20190308_105725_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_105725_01 (resized).jpg

Came across a few pins, but nothing we wanted.
IMG_20190308_103809_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_103809_01 (resized).jpg

I got lost in the maze deep in the catacombs, and had to "Oh Yeah!" it through a wall to get back, and stumbled upon this!
IMG_20190308_105517_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_105517_01 (resized).jpg
IMG_20190308_140120_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_140120_01 (resized).jpg

I immediately was taken back by the uncanny resemblance between the monster and myself, and had to have it!

So I bought myself a 1967 Bally Monster Gun EM shooter.
IMG_20190308_104221_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_104221_01 (resized).jpg

As soon as I got home I pried open the back to see what makes this thing tick and.....
IMG_20190308_141109_01 (resized).jpgIMG_20190308_141109_01 (resized).jpg
.... I actually said aloud "What the fuck did I just get myself into??"

It's a good day.

It’s been awhile since I posted but this followed me home today. The seller was super local and great to deal with.

I'm really hoping you take some of the colour puke out of your new Addams. It really takes away from the great artwork.

There's 10x the amount of machines shown in my pictures for sale. Projects galore! Unfortunately there are only a few project pins. When I left, there was; Millionaire, Spiderman, Diamond Lady, Baseball themed EMs, and a couple of older clapped out EMs.
There were 5 brandy new bingo playfields.

My third road trip and 4450 miles this week. Bringing back a restored Taxi and custom restored Centaur. Both are wrapped and tucked in the UHaul. A shout out to bballfan for the restorations. He does phenomenal work! I also dropped off TAF for him to restore.

Almost 5 years awaiting restoration! We unwrapped it, checked connections and turned it on. It worked great and all the mechs property cycled. bballfan and I have some great ideas for this restoration. It will be special.

Picked up this mousin around today. Spent a bit of time fixing several broken switches. All seems to be playing as should now. Unfortunately however, there is no speech

I picked up the Williams OXO body without the playfield as a parts source. It is beyond repairable.

Was browsing the swiss equivalent to craigslist looking for cheap backglasses when I cam across an ad, 20 mns away from my home where someone was giving away a pinball machine.

25 mns later I add this in the car for free!

After 2 hours fidling with the electronic I got it running! Now have to check everything and work on the cabinet. (As you can see the backbox’s top has seen better days )

But hell, free?? Gave the guy a wine bottle from my late father’s collection to thank him He knew he could sell it but wanted to give to someone passionate rather than someone who’d buy it and resell it for more.

Well, I donated a game last night to a local fundraiser/charity auction and then today I picked up another game...As it was in the Chicago area I also grabbed a deep dish Giordano's pizza too. Double score for me!

Any guesses from just the backbox side that you can see in the picture?
