Quoted from egyptrus:rustylizard did a Whirlwind also come with that Jokerz?

Quoted from NPO:Playboy really is a fun game. Not insanely deep (look at my collection, I prefer fun over deep rules), and the toys/mechanisms are so bad ass. This game today would be like $10K as is or $6K with like 2 bash toys and none of the present toys.
Exactly! I play LOTR when Im looking for a long game but Playboy is the most flipping for fun pin I have by far. I'd recommend making an airball protector for the drop target as well. You'll get balls flying all over the place off that thing.

Quoted from bluespin:I expect to see you posting in this forum within 30 days with your second pin pickup. Lol
The guy I bought it from offered me others from his collection...
Looking forward to getting to know the JP machine, mod it a bit, and see how things go from there.

Indeed it is a whirlwind...the reason I asked is because there was a guy that contacted me a couple of months ago with a whirlwind with a wooden door and a jokerz that didn't seem to work (at least the displays didn't work). Apparently they were left there by the previous home owner. He wanted crazy prices, something like $4300 for Whirlwind and $3000 for Jokerz (or something like that). I told him that those were prices he'd never get for the games given their condition. I told him that I'd check back with him later to see if he'd consider selling them for "reasonable" prices as it was just around Christmas and they had just moved into their house.
Fast forward to today, I sent him a text out of the blue to see what he decided to do with his games and he said he sold them to "some gamers out of Wausau" and that he had 10 other people waiting in line for the games...I'm assuming you didn't pay what he was originally asking for the games.
Picked up a GoT Premium with ColorDMD, shaker and Invisiglass today. Such a cool game, but boy is it tough. Need lightning reflexes.
Quoted from Adaminski:I cannot determine what game this is - the image is too small for my aging eyes....
Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Quoted from ToucanF16:Starting the 1430 mile drive home. Any guesses what’s in the back?

But did you leave your wallet at the gas pump? You sure like to take some road trips for pins!

I did not pay those prices for sure. They were reasonable but not a steal by any means.
Quoted from Gopher4653:First pin for our house. Fortunate to find a very low play AS from a very nice local seller. These are a b$&? to move up stairs! Very happy so far...
I like the Galaga in the background! One of the few arcade games that I liked and played. Of course I was 15 when it came out, so I was kind of "old" for many games after that I guess. Other youthful pursuits ensued.
Quoted from kcZ:But did you leave your wallet at the gas pump? You sure like to take some road trips for pins!
@kcz , you have a good memory! I now live in Hong Kong, but still actively buy pins. I come back to the states every couple months and drive our Sienna van about the country picking up pins I’ve bought. But this trip started out with a hitch; I got here without the van keys, So I was forced to take my pick up. Thankfully, I should have a rain-free return trip. I have to more trips planned this week. Went to Kentucky to pick up The Munsters and another to Texas to pick up Centaur and Taxi.
Quoted from Thegeekyhusband:Brought home an Aerosmith! Great shape and HUO.
Nice pick up. I certainly don’t miss bringing games up and down your steps.

Got an appliance dolly and yup, it still sucks.

You need an escalara!
So, I’m heading back from Arizona to Mississippi with Lexy in the back. I gas-up in Albuquerque and continue heading east and have a craving for tacos. I stop at a Taco Bell in the middle of nowhere. The family of five in front of me takes five minutes to place a $105 order. It’s going to take forever to fill this order and I still have almost a thousand miles to travel and don’t have time for this. I’ve got to get on the road and press on towards Mississippi. The next Taco Bell is in Tucumcari about 100 miles down the road.
Quoted from ToucanF16:A Grand Lizard for rustylizard There must be a story to tell...
When I joined Pinside I knew from previous forums if I used my typical Russs, no one would notice me so I needed a name. My Grandma called me Rusty. There was a bearded dragon near our computer who turned orange when he was happy and I had recently acquired a Grand Lizard pinball that I really liked.
I crammed that all together and what you see is what you get. This new pick up is a really cool prototype game. If you look at a production GL you will see instantly how cool the cabinet artwork is on this one. There are many more cool differences.

Going to make a video with my friends at Pinball Mayhem. I will be submitting pics to IPDB and will post a few here when I get it set up.

Very cool. Paul Faris talks about this artwork on his TOPcast interview from a while back.
Quoted from mcuzz:Thanks, How many of those are kicking around?
I have 007. I found some old posts about 003. Would make one think there could have maybe been 10 or 12 at one time.

Umm... why do you have a picture of the delivery guy?
