Quoted from dasvis:

Is the MW kit an overlay or new playfield?

It was a playfield. From what I’ve heard, the kit was a backglass, a playfield, pop caps, plastics and drop targets. On top of having to also repaint the cabinet, you’re pretty much building a brand new game.

Fresh off the truck. Try a tube shot.

Looks great with the blue neon.

It’s got blue displays also.

Nice Alien Star! I love mine and would never think of selling it.
Mirco made mention of doing a small run of Alien Star play fields if you're interested.

Thanks. My playfield is really nice except small wear areas near the kickout hole, left flipper and one of the gates, plus a large wear area near one of the pops. I’ll probably touch up the artwork and clear the playfield.

Thanks. Just two more left on my wishlist; Centaur and Catacomb.

You shouldn’t have sold the BSD!!! Congrats on the MB pick up.

Wait! Is that guy wearing a jerga? I didn’t know those things still existed.

I don't miss BSD but I hear you. I like fast/flowy games like MB and Borg's games. BSD was for me more of a long term pinball art project. Which I loved, until the day I realized I was keeping it more as a trophy than for it's gameplay. Maybe I'll pair Munters and Monsters one day...

Congrats on your purchase! 3 years ago, my wife and I bought our first pin, JJP’s Wizard of Oz. We wanted something special, because we were only going to own one pin. 3 years and 17 machines bought, sold or traded later, we still own WOZ! You made a great choice. Have fun...and make room for more...

Here's my rare Last Lap I got myself for New Years

All are some rough projects that I can’t wait to get started on! And then on New Years Day this guy gets delivered as an early surprise! Very exciting if you’ve been following along on my Orbitor 1 scratch/parts build!

Follow along with the build!

Orbitor! What a funky, odd game/experience that is! I’ve played that game on two occasions, and it was really fun and memorable. Such a great experiment by Stern to “think outside the box.” Another good name for that pin, “Gravity?” Nice find!

Lmfao. My fiancé has one too. Got it from some Chong looking guy selling it out of his van back when we were in college 3 or 4 years ago. We all call it her “pot hoodie.”

Just scored a Williams Jig Saw, in a basement unplayed for at least 15 years. It should be fun working on this one and adding a woodrail to the collection.

Spent the last two weeks on the road working. Get up early this morning check pinside project pins and see 1 in LA and better yet I pass right by the town on my way home. Send a message early this morning and nothing. About 30 min from the town and heard back from the seller. Ask if I can take a look and see if we can agree on a price. We do and it comes home with me. Best part plug it up (when home) and it comes on and seems to start a game but not kicking out the ball. She is dirty and once I drill out the locks I’ll clean her up and get her going. The owner said it didn’t work I didn’t even try it at his place as I was good with the price for the condition. And that’s not red paint its like some boat seat cover material. Check out the high scores.
