Nice!! EM's usually don't take much to get going..
I’ve been neglectful to post my latest haul over the holiday! Finally had the whole weekend off so I got myself a Christmas Eve Eve present and then a New Years present

Here's my rare Last Lap I got myself for New Years

All are some rough projects that I can’t wait to get started on! And then on New Years Day this guy gets delivered as an early surprise! Very exciting if you’ve been following along on my Orbitor 1 scratch/parts build!

#44 and 45 in my collection. Hotdoggin and Freefall. A nice older lady in west Missouri purchased these 20 years ago so her nieces and nephews would come visit more often. They've been in a climate controlled house since then and other than artwork missing from the center of the FF playfield, they are in really good shape. Even had the original manuals which is pretty rare in my experience.

Awesome David, you do seem to have a knack at finding great machines!!!
Thanks, but I can’t take all the credit. All too often one of my friends (both collectors and non) will call me up about something they saw for sale in some weird place. After you’ve be collecting for this long, the snake begins to eat it’s own tail.
Of course that also means I get pics of home editions and stuff that not even I am willing to take on as a project.
Quoted from spinal:Congrats on the haul! So, did her nieces and nephews end up visiting more often?
I wondered the same thing. I certainly would have
World Cup Soccer..
Sold to me as players condition pin. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of this pin. Fun pin!

Nice pick up Scott.....she must be a nice machine for you to put her in your collection!

She said they visited and played them for a while, but that was many years ago when they were younger. I suppose it’s good that none of them got “the bug,” because I’m sure they would’ve ended up with them instead of me!
Two pins have eluded me for far too long. A Star Trek LE and a Seawitch. As luck would have it, both became available and I was lucky enough to pick up both in the same weekend. I should have bought a lottery ticket.

Congrats on the Beatles pin...errr, I mean the Seawitch.

I sold my ST Prem thinking I can use the money for JJP PoTC and grab an STLE locally when it pops up.
Yeah. Might be waiting a while on that one.
Nice grab!
Quoted from Colsond3:Congrats on the Beatles pin...errr, I mean the Seawitch.
Funny, the Beetles never tempted me in the slightest, even while frustrated during my long search.
Quoted from Micky:Nice pick up Scott.....she must be a nice machine for you to put her in your collection!
Thanks mate.
It’s nice but I have a set of decals that came with it so might as well do a full cab resto. Then I will see if ramps and other stuff get done. Really nice playing machine though.
Sir, Haven't been on this site long, and I am sure there are many like you, but I am in awe of your diverse collection. You should be so proud of your work and passion. To me, you are the one of the many hearts of this culture.
Quoted from Pinhead306:Not a pin but the people I bought the rollergames off of also had these for sale. I didn’t buy them cause I don’t know anything about them.

Hey! You didn’t bring these home! Ha

They look pretty cool. I would have grabbed them.
Quoted from mark532011:just got these beauties. The Rescue 911 came all the way from Italy just to be in my household and the Flash came from a new friend!
[quoted image]
Great art on the Flash BG!
Quoted from RWH:Nice pickup but you must have wanted that Rescue 911 awfully bad.
It was part of a group buy. Came by container ship through the Panama Canal.
Picked up my first EM last weekend and I've been in El Dorado drop target heaven ever since. The pictures don't do it justice as far as condition but it's in really great shape for a 44 year old game. Looking forward to learning about EM repair and maintenance.

Looks super nice!!
@Jakers
I told Paul, on our last trip to Pinball Gallery in Malvern, PA, I need a Roller Disco in my life. I was enamored by how gorgeous that game is!
Congrats!
Quoted from Jakers:OMG...what have I done

My eyes! They burn!
Nah, I think it's great! I'm liking old machines more and more, even questionable music themes.
I felt the same way, RonSS, but when I sidled up, it enchanted me. Might have been my state of mind, but I would still like one.. hit me up Jakers if you want to part with it at a decent price!
Got a Deadpool LE last week. First time back into pins after selling my Earthshaker. Sold it before moving from Washington State to Denver Colorado 2 1/2 years ago.. So far loving Deadpool. This is machine 006 of 500.
