Quoted from Colsond3:Big shout out to davebart5...stand up cat. He and I trekked to upstate NY to grab this gem 2 years ago...sold it to him a short while later. Deal was we keep it between our line-ups...and it’s always good when someone stays true to their word. My turn to have it back!

The secret is to bring something home for her, that DOES NOT have a cord on it.

Depends on what that "something" was.
The things we do for a pinball machine. Wait, let me rephrase that. The things I do for my fiancé for a pinball machine! I headed out at 1030am this morning and got to drive through the Nor’Easter that hit the east coast on one of the worst stretches of highway in America 95/495! Well after 6 hours I have my fiancé’s machine loaded up and now I’m driving 3 hours back home! Fun times!
Oh yea, in the middle all of this I swung by the workplace of another Pinsider and dropped off my No Fear to them!
51FFF35E-4CA5-4217-94F0-2F563346DE0B (resized).jpegBig thanks to MrWizzo for letting this go from his collection. He has owned this pin for almost 20 years and he also gave me a generous offer for this machine. Also got a set of NOS extra plastics and a NOS Bigfoot Head.
The quick backstory, I told my fiancé I was going to DC to look at one of my grail pins, an Eight Ball Deluxe. When I got it unloaded last night and allowed her to pull the blanket off, she was beyond ecstatic once she saw it was a White Water!

I will go on the record and say that I’m extremely lucky to have found her. We met 5 years ago, and I introduced her to pinball 2.5 years ago and she absolutely loves everything about pinball. She loves the pinball shows, loves playing in tournaments, and even requested we put 2 machines in the kitchen! It’s wonderful to say the least!
Doesn't get any better than that bro. My wife likes pinball enough to play when friends are over or we have a new game. Hope you both enjoy the new pin!

A fourfer for Pecos' Palatial Pinball Parlour!
The Evel Knievel is not mine.
Gottlieb Snow Derby - The first game with a bonus ladder
Williams Beat Time
Bally Op-Pop-Pop - Pointy People!
Bally Wizard!

Quoted from Pecos:Williams Beat Time
Whoa...I thought Stern said theirs was the first Beatles pin?
Beat Time is actually a cool game. If I remember right the Bootles backglass was made after it was a problem having one that said Beatles. Beatles glass on the Beat Time is rare if memory serves correct. Or was the Beatles glass for this a knock off or repro. Not sure, or it's debatable.
Cool game. I like the artwork, and it's a two player which I like.
Quoted from bicyclenut:Got to bring this home today

Happy for you bud!

I've been to your house so I know you think the same way.
Quoted from hazmat7719:I just picked up this Gottlieb 1968 Fun Land.
Nice little pick up!
I once considered Fun Park an underrated player (maybe still a little do), but I think it's coming around..

Thanks, I have always liked this machine. It is not in the best shape, but who cares if you are going to play and have fun with it. It was a good price and will be my next project after the Home Run is completed.
Quoted from hazmat7719:It was a good price and will be my next project after the Home Run is completed.
Good deal picking up these AABs..
I consider Home Run the best player of the Gottlieb Wedge Head AAB baseball themes..
I was a bit surprise after going through an Extra Inning which primarily has the same layout
as Home Run..
Quoted from Zablon:Brought this beauty home today! First machine I've bought in 16 years. Unfortunately I can't get it into the house until tomorrow. [quoted image][quoted image]

Well you know...sometimes life gets in the way and priorities change unfortunately. Fortunately, I never had to get rid of any, and still have room for more

Yea but even I don't have VND
Quoted from alexanr1:Pretty normal to find them stapled to the back door.
Not that type of cabinet but yeah most usually have a sleeve back there.
After months of messaging #swords-of-fury owners in Wisconsin and beyond and a 9 hour trip LIONMAN is finally in the lineup. Meticulously restored by @nerdygrrl, beautiful @captainneo cleared playfield, and sold to me by a great Pinsider @mnhotrod. My only plan is some cabinet touch up and changing the ramp lights from blue to orange and red. This ones here to stay!

And I had a Shay repro glass waiting and powder coated black legs. If anybody needs a backglass let me know. The one in it has some flaking that was repaired, but it’s not bad.

I bring a lot of them here too. LOL. This one wasn’t that cheap, and it’s been sitting for years not even cleaned. Filthy as hell.

Glad I'm not the only one who seemed to notice this. I suppose it is just a capture of who is on the pinside community.
Had a good old fashioned NYC-style trade complete with a bazillion subway transfers, hours of gridlock traffic, and plenty of double parking in a rented cargo van. Bonus points for getting screamed at by a bus driver for blocking them in for ten minutes.
Thanks to brooklynknight for a super fun Saturday!
Anyways, Star Wars is back and joins GOT as the only other game I’ve owned for a second time

Hahaha. Plenty of them. Already dove in though...doing what I can with it for now.

That is the eternal question. What the hell did you use before? Your spine will love you now, particularly the 5 lumbar.

Legs, arms, back and another equally dumb person haha. Honestly though, the majority of times people have swung by with their own as I went on a bit of trading rampage the last couple years.
I’m super happy with what I have now so it’s just gonna sit unused for a while... but I’m sure I’ll get the itch again next year. We really are weak creatures haha.
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:Had a good old fashioned NYC-style trade complete with a bazillion subway transfers
You didn't actually bring the pin on subway did you? Wouldn't be the strangest thing on there.
