When was this version of ICB released? Never seen this one before.

EDIT ... A quick search on Google shows it was remade by ICE in 2013. Anyone know of one for sale?

I have one. Best part is it plays better than the original and has 2 extra holes!

I would consider sale/trade but looks like you would need some hefty shipping?

If you wish to sell, Hilton, you should make a thread only because I get weekly PMs from people wanting to buy this one, or a Taito, I had in the past..
The demand is quite significant.....

I actually think the original Taito game plays better.
It’s all has to do with how dialed in and maintained it is. If the game isn’t in good shape, it won’t pkay well.

has to do with switch and motor type IME.

I have owned both Tatio and ICE versions and fixed 3 other Tatio versions over the past few years. The ICE version is better, but the Tatio is more nostalgic.

It is a restoration project for sure and quite rare but I LOVE the artwork and can’t wait to give it the TLC it needs to live again. Thanks to RyanClaytor for cabinet pictures so I can recreate the stenciling.

Part II to this story occurs in 2 weeks so stay tuned.....

I'm a huge Gottlieb fan and I've been trying to obtain this game of my mate for the last 7 years. Finally I had a machine he wanted so the trade was done. It's an Australian delivered machine and I don't think there would be to many here in Western Australia. This will look good among Black Hole and Haunted House that will be restored with new playfields in the near future.

I've had that pin for over ten years and still love playing it. You should get it's sister pin Circus the other extra wide from Gottlieb. PBR sells NOS sets of plastics for the star race machine.

Just picked up this beaut last night! My very 1st pinball machine!!!

HUGE THANKS to Dave, aka Cudaman, a fellow pinsider here. Not only did he introduce me to pinside, as well as several conversations covering the basics of the pinball world, he also came out with me to look the game over and helped me break it down, load it, and get it into my house and get her all set up. Such a great guy!

Most pinball people are awesome. dmacy did the same thing when I bought my first machine from him. I had never met him before and he was nice enough to drive it about an hour to my house, helped my wrangle it down into my basement, set it up and made sure it was working before he left. I made a new friend that day.

Rocky and Bullwinkle have been captured! Great game flow but the mystery bonus is why it isn’t used in tournaments. Definately player condition cabinet but the backglass and playfield look amazing

Yea, I don't want to sell it outright currently but thought I'd put it out as trade bait and see what happens. We are a 2 pin house here, no room for anymore. I really love Stargate, but I would consider a trade for ST Prem or maybe Tron.
