Thanks boys. She cleaned up real nice. Still have a couple bugs to sort out as well as install the new drop targets. 1/2 of my star posts crumbled during the playfield shop out so I did all new translucent blue and flippers to match. Should be a real fun game once she's up to speed! Hopefully yours go as smoothly as mine has.......SO FAR.

I just pulled pounds of mouse crap out of a Royal Flush. They love those things

HH has a few games ahead of it. I am being very diligent about getting projects done and moving them on

Quoted from Colsond3:

You can also use CP100. Also not water based, and used real lightly with magic eraser you can get up ball swirls half the time.

Gemini CP100 is mostly naphtha, with a more pleasant scent. . .great all-purpose pinball cleaner. With magic erasers, I typically utilize 91% isopropyl alcohol for playfields, followed by CP100 with a clean microfiber cloth, followed by Novus2 and finished with carnauba wax. If using magic erasers for the 1st time, proceed gingerly with generous alcohol saturation in the eraser, because paint removal is a risk.

Quoted from PoBoyPinball:

He had it listed for $199 I found a quarter in the game so I gave $198.75 for it.

If he gave YOU the extra quarter, didn't you owe him $199.25 for it instead?

#9806 5 years ago
Quoted from Seatmandan:

If he gave YOU the extra quarter, didn't you owe him $199.25 for it instead?

Actually I gave him $199 his asking price. I found a quarter in it so it only cost me $198.75. The game paid me back .25 the best part the 5 volts was low so just a cap kit that I already had a spare and it booted up.

Quoted from brenna98:

No. That would imply that Williams has amazing playfields with clearcoat that holds up today. Beautiful backglasses and screen printed cabinets.
I suspect they licensed the mechanical parts inside from Williams though...

I see game similarities in their parts first before I see their similarities and/or differences in other aspects.

Nice score this week. Same home for 25 years and looks to have very low miles on her. Amazing example of this title.

Does it say “$$$ PAID FOR PINBALL MACHINES” on your back window?

#9811 5 years ago
Quoted from radium:

Does it say “$$$ PAID FOR PINBALL MACHINES” on your back window?

It certainly does. How else do you think he hogs all those games up? Pete’s a great guy…I’ve dealt with him several times. Although he is still holding out on that Playmatic Magic on me.

Quoted from radium:
Does it say “$$$ PAID FOR PINBALL MACHINES” on your back window?

It does, I have advertised on my vehicles for 20 years now. Every now and then I will get a traffic summons for not having commercial plates.

Colsond, I will be back in Staten Island tomorrow for an other load. I will look for the body.

Nice score on the Wurlitzer 2100, nice it has the roto pages. One of the most desirable 1950's jukeboxes. Congrats!

United Midway pre-flipper woodrail. And yes, these will fit in a Fiat Abarth with passenger seat all of the way forward.

Seems like you got an early or even a sample machine. Only a few FH were shipped with those wide Sys11 style siderails.

Yup, thanks for noticing! Sample #90, unrestored in great shape.

I went to Cointaker to buy two games today and they already sold out of their initial order of Deadpool so only got one. The one I said I wouldn’t but it’s too much fun.

We didn't see a million posts about Iron Maiden in this thread either. I don't feel the new games get listed as much here, they seem to have their own thread. I'm willing to bet both of those pins have found several homes. I enjoy the oldies in here, the "finds" if you will.

Picked up TZ yesterday with my brother. He bought one couple of months ago and I couldn’t stop playing it when I would go to his house so I ended up buying one for the collection. AWSOME pin .

Be careful, someone put liquified petroleum gas in your locker

#9842 5 years ago
Quoted from yzfguy:

Be careful, someone put liquified petroleum gas in your locker

And spilled antifreeze on the floor, too!

This one will be going to my workplace for a while to see if it brings in more customers. I was going to have it shipped directly to the store, but the delivery arrived after closing time so I made a mad dash with my truck to go pick it up and bring it home instead. It was actually for the best, as I just spent a couple of hours tweaking parts, perfecting the coin mechs, and adjusting settings. Ended up pulling a coin mech, a cashbox, and a #555 from the parts stash, which would have been hard to come by at a building supply store.

Loading it up and bringing it back over there tomorrow morning, so it should be interesting to see how well it performs!

Got my second Jersey Jacks today and my kids are friggin loving it.
I've got a ton of rearranging to do this weekend to make everything fit and make the game room flow properly.
Basically just brought it in the house and shoved it and TZ in one of the arcade isles because didn't want to store it in the garage with as hot as it gets out here lately. They will find a good spot over the course of the weekend.
