With all the projects in my garage, this one fits nicely since it was missing 2 boards. Luckily over the past 5 years, I've been collecting spare boards from Ebay, some work, some don't. Time to get it working and collect some junk!!
Thanks to fish1975tx for helping me pick it up, due to my lack of owning a truck. I hope you are really enjoying that Dr. Who from me. Woohoo!!!
Edit: installed a couple of boards out of another game to test out the game.

An underrated gem. Welcome to the club!
Quoted from Spagano314:I'm still happy to own my first classic Stern.
That's a hell of a pick up to have as your first classic Stern!!! Catacomb rocks.
Looks like some other pinsiders found some great games to bring home
Here I was gonna recommend changing the thread title to what machine did colson bring home today?
I give ya credit man you're a hustler and would also add colson's a good pinsider to deal with
I love when there's a little bit of warmth in the air, all of these pins start come out from the winter!
Picked up this beautiful TOTAN yesterday from pinsider Snaroff. Have been looking for a restored one for a while now.

Quoted from egyptrus:There’s a fire! In my car.
I haven't played a Fire! in a few months now....that bell is torture for me. It's so loud! Good, fun game though.
Quoted from Micky:that bell is torture for me.
I've never actually owned one of these so I figured I'd pick it up and see what it's all about. I have friends asking me to help find them a game - maybe this one will go to one of them that I don't like so much if the bell is really loud and annoying

The bell is awesome! One of the best parts! It can be turned down or completely off in game settings.

Thanks for the tip Pappy! I'm hoping to get it set up in the game room here before too long and start playing it.

Quoted from AUKraut:Must not be the Romo addition, as it's legs aren't broken......
just awesome.
Quoted from pantherpinball:Look what just showed up. I now own 2 of these.
The EM version is the Oilers if you can remember that far back.

It's nice…but I'm waiting for the Eagles Super Bowl edition to pick one up myself.
Quoted from Lord_of_the_pins:traded Aerosmith for this chestnut chromed h2o fully restored with new playfield
You made out on that deal!
Quoted from weaverj:i hope it was at least a premium.
Haha ! Nope it was a pro but gave him a little cash . Thanks to a great pinsider @ twilight1 !!

So nice buddy! I've been looking with little success... Let me know when its time to move it on.
Quoted from PAPPYBALL:The bell is awesome! One of the best parts! It can be turned down or completely off in game settings.
Had a chance to check into the settings...you can adjust it so it doesn't ring as often but you can't actually turn it down. No big deal though as it hasn't been annoying yet.

It was last week ... but I picked up a Dredd in Asheville, NC in really nice shape. Had an issue with the caps on the DCS board but $14 later and a few minutes with a solder gun and she's playing perfect!
Added orange fluorescent Pinbits protectors, a Mezco Dredd figure just behind the Deadworld. New gold topper, LEDs, Orange rubbers. I replaced the pursuit plastics and decals with new ones from PBL. It's got new head decals, almost no fade on the cabinet sides and a really nice playfield. Rebuilding/cleaning the drop targets next week.
Other mods to add: Gameblades side art, some spare parts from PBSP.au, and Pinsound board (after speaker upgrade)
LOVE this game and can't believe I did not buy one years ago!

Quoted from Colsond3:No...another one? Wasn't planning on grabbing this, but didn't want it to sit for another 10 years untouched. Another one saved from certain peril.
You are a machine when it comes to finding new pinballs!

Multiple pins every month - sometimes per week wow!! OK you win already! If someday you find your fellow addicts suggesting you might have a problem...
Quoted from Micky:You are a machine when it comes to finding new pinballs!
Got a call from a friend that someone he had dealt with through his business had a pinball sitting in storage and they were trying to get rid of it. If not, it was just going to sit and rot there, because they didn't want to "give it away for nothing". I was able to get him to a reasonable price...at least a price worth saving it so I loaded it up. 45 mile trip each way was probably the shortest I've made in a while.
Quoted from spinal:If someday you find your fellow addicts suggesting you might have a problem...
Oh, I definitely have issues...most of us do.
My main problem is space (aside from the addiction), and I wish I never had to sell any of the games I've purchased (well, maybe dups). Then again, had I never sold any, I'd be up to my ears in pins at this point. If I can't get to them, I pass them on so at least they don't sit rotting in a shed or garage somewhere.
Quoted from MT45:Had an issue with the caps on the DCS board
What were the symptoms?
Quoted from bigd1979:Picked this under 50 play 2.0 rrwoz few weeks ago..
never played. what do you think?
The Creature! My next restoration project! This guy has his pins in an outdoor Shed in his backyard down A hill he uses an ATV and a trailer to move them up and down hilarious
