Awesome looking machine
Came home yesterday with a Williams Rollergames. Supposedly original owners son was selling it. Filthy in general, faded cabinet and needs a good cleaning all around. Seems to play okay without delving into it too much yet. Just started going through all the fuses tonight to make sure it is fused properly. Have had to replace several so far. I'm sure that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Quoted from weaverj:you never quit, colsond.
Quoted from Whysnow:Looks fun! Never seen that one
I had never seen one either, definitely an interesting find.
Quoted from Colsond3:ALI "Getaway"
...and here I thought you were laying off the pins for a while. Ha-ha! Congrats on that score. Very unique! Looks interesting with all those diverters on the right side. Don't forget the sax during the gameplay vid!
Quoted from cycochris:One from my wishlist
Nice pick up.
Judging by your decorating behind the pin, you are hoping all the rumors are true that Stern will be announcing Iron Maiden soon!

I was just going to say.....is there ever a day when you DON'T bring a game home?

oh yes, ill be in for a Maiden pin for sure
Scored my first documented HUO machine! Found some interesting stuff in the coin box including still-wrapped tilt bob and a plunger label that I have never seen before.
Looks like someone was getting a late Christmas present in 2003.
All the characters and Arwin plastic were completely intact. I was eager to play, but made a protective plastic first. You know what would happen if I didn't!
Quoted from DavidPinballWizz:Really great condition LOTR. Be sure to protect your cabinet around the flipperbuttons or they will wear out soon (transparant button protectors, etc..)
Agreed, very nice machine. Stern Lollipop rails are $59 at Pinballlife, easy 5 minute install and look great!
Quoted from onceler:TNA #72 followed me home today.... along with a 1/4 barrel of Spotted Cow...
Sounds like a good day!
Quoted from Skyemont:I picked this up. Needs TLC. Not a find like most of you but it's something.
Great game! Love the lighting effects on this one. Very rewarding.

Great game! I picked one up in similar condition back in November...

Assuming that the playfield is toast like most copies of this title, you can order a Hardtop playfield solution. Space Shuttle is already in stock. You can find the link to the sale site through this forum:

I don't think he is going for a re-theme. This is a Space Station

Great find! This was one of my first games and I love it! Wish I still had mine!
Quoted from djreddog:I don't think he is going for a re-theme. This is a Space Station
I've always thought a retheme for that pin would be cool, I'd like to do a full International Space Station theme with the real looking models and art, nasa meatball, some quotes from the current astro/cosmonauts, etc.

It a pin that basically everyone can enjoy.
Even Grandma!
Congrats..
My new TOTAN just arrived yesterday!! I'm an absolute love with this game! I have been waiting for years for the stars to align to pick up a great specimen such as this.
The machine had been completely refurbished up in New York City (restore work by Eddie Cramer, brass plating by Mike Chestnut before he passed). I purchased the game from Kaneda, who was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, very straightforward and knowledgeable. He helped me to organize both the wrapping for shipping (thank you Fast Eddie!! Pic below of Fast Eddie by the game all wrapped and ready to go!! ) as well as the shipping to my home. It arrived without any issues, and played like a dream right away. I played all night long, and I wish I didn't have to work today..I'm so tired...but you better believe I'm going to play it as soon as I get home!
WhooHooooo!!!!!

Pinball in the town where I grew up, Awesome!
Picked up a Comet yesterday. Looks pretty nice in this picture. Has a lot of good and a lot of bad though. The good would be all LEDs, recently bench tested boards with NVRAM installed, new pinscore displays, backglass, plastics (except dummy, but already ordered new one), and almost everything works pretty well. Bad would be the playfield, head, and the other side of the cab isn't great. Ramps are so-so. Homemade fix for the motorcycle jump is actually pretty good. Planning on playing for a month then doing a hardtop install, very excited!!!

His game was great! I'm glad you got it!

a custom at my house, too. get a quick game in between bath time and bedtime.
Quoted from psd4me:Brought this free one home today. Didn't even need the truck to haul it
Awsome I had that as a kid and was trying remember the title. Played it all the time. Not sure what my parents did with it after I moved out.
Quoted from lurch:Yup. Wife is pissed. LOL. Couldnt help myself. Who wants a skee ball or shuffle bowler? Apparently they take up too much room in the garage (is that possible?)
Isn't that what garages are for? A place to put our games.
Amen brotha. Ive been using the garage for years as my project staging area. Line em up in the garage, then start making my way through them. Cars, pinballs, arcades, etc. Guess this was a bridge too far. LOL
Quoted from spfxted:As promised...just set up! I'm pooped!
Ted does that make you the " the UNDER BOSS" ?
Quoted from weaverj:a custom at my house, too. get a quick game in between bath time and bedtime.
Luckily bath time was enough to finish putting it together. Had to take the head off to get it out of the sellers house. Required some soldering to get the speaker going.

Anybody have anything to trade??
