One very faded HUO Pinbot. The insides are spotless... However, just about all the red is gone from the back glass and playfield plastics.

Is that the one that was on eBay? I almost bought it and had it shipped, almost, playfield and topper looked awesome

Yes, it was listed on eBay as well as Craigslist. The only flaw I have found on the playfield is a small wear spot near the far left saucer eject. Mechanically, it is great shape, with all the original boards with all the factory warranty stickers still on them.

Went and bought another TZ for a mate while he is the USA. Got the local seller down $1500 and it's in great condition. He will be stoked when he get's home as he has pestered me for over 10yrs for me to sell him mine.

Went up to Madison yesterday to get a Getaway project. Guy was halfway through a playfield swap when his wife started popping out kids. It's been sitting on a rotisserie for the past 4 years. He was real knowledgeable and kind and gave me a bunch of extra parts and hardware! Just hoping it's all there.

Now I want to see a game where the flippers are on the other end of the cabinet. That would be fun and unique for a while.

A Bally Capersville found it's way into my collection this weekend. This inovative game from 1966 designed by Ted Zale includes two and three ball multiballs, zipper flippers and several modes of scoring and advancement. Fairly deep rules for a multiplayer of the time.

Under 40 years of ground in dirt there is a very nice playfield. Can't wait to get this one going. I played it some before I tore it down and it is simply awesome.

Oh Ok, now it's starting to make sense why Capersville kept showing up in the other thread. Looks like a fun game and I like the backglass. What exactly is the theme? like a North by Northwest vibe?

Who made Scramble? Looks pretty interesting

Capersville is based on a French detective novel Alphaville. The artwork has a very underwater theme to it.

To get an idea how much Ted Zale packed into this machine here is the rule sheet. Ted was known for outside the box designs that had playfields that were not always symmetrical and infused multiball and many other neat features into his games. Fireball is one of his more popular games that came out six years later.

Jerry Kelly did the artwork on Capersville.

It's a very cool game worked on one for a buddy and played a few games. Wouldn't mind finding one someday. Mike

Awesome backglass on Capersville!

It takes quite a bit of hardware to get a three ball, four player electromechanical machine like Capersville to work.
