I have been trying for five years to save these two bad cats. No they are not the super rare orange version lol. They both have some playfield wear but both boot up. I should get a decent player out of it.

Awesome. I wish you were closer. I would take whichever one you had left over.

I feel the same way...there was/is a new playfield for sale in the marketplace...
Snagged these 2 Bally Zipper Flipper games Dogies and Cosmos in Boston, MA this morning.

It’s a pretty cool system 11. I’m going to try and make a pretty nice player machine and then sell the other one to recoup some of the cost. Distance would be a killer for either of you or I’d sure hit you guys up.
Who know Colsond3 we might be seein it in the project thread. Those guys get a kick out of “wish I were closer” lol

Would love one of these but they are a little rare here.

They look great Ballypin ! Do they work or need a little attention to get them going.
Thanks. I didn’t really take the time to check everything but the seller said they were both 100% and no reason to doubt him. Will know for sure tonight after I set them up. Who knows what a 900 mile trip may have jiggled loose
Quoted from Rensh:First an empty cabinet two weeks ago and than shopped it somewhere else, back from the dead, and now it’s home. That is, in the car on the driveway
Gorgeous! I’m in the market for one of these.
I just got home with a Gottlieb Genie that has a pascal all in one CPU/sound/power supply/output board that has
the power supply side of it blown up! Yeah.

Nice!
Scoring a Genie I mean
Quoted from Boof-Ed:Been looking a while for this one.
Looks like it's in great condition. Has it had a full restoration already?

Photos can be deceiving. It's in need of some major work. It will get a full restoration down the track a bit. I'm going to play it to death for now.
Brought this Space Mission home last night. A trip from hell. Cold and slick. So much salt spray on the roads I went through a gallon of windshield wash. Then 5 miles from my destination I discovered my grandson must have the flu. I did my best to clean up most of the barf at a gas station. -5º currently so not sure I can get all the leftover frozen chunks.
Ah well today is a new day and I have a nice game to play.
Quoted from aahgo:Frozen Chunks...nice visual! Hope he’s feeling better.
Yes, much better this morning.

Awesome game! Cab, artwork, backbox, and coin door look perfect. What's wrong with it?

Looks good next to that Lucky Ace. That's a good player too.
Congrats! Finally just got mine too and can't stop playing it. My gun finish is trashed so sending it to Chris @ Pinball Plating to get one that's freshly chromed.
Nice looking Space Mission Alex! Sorry to hear about the rough ride to get it! I once barfed inside my granda pa's VW Beetle on the way home from a ball game. Not the flu, too many hotdogs - I felt so bad about it. I hope your grandson is feeling better and you both enjoy the game. I'm sure you won't forget the story of picking it up!

Have you ever seen pictures of pin that looks much better than the game does in person. That's this pin. It is very photogenic unlike me who has one eye closed and pulling some painful expression in every photo ever taken of me.
Don't get me wrong it's not a basket case by any means.
The decals have been ripped off in places and hand painted(badly). Back box hinges have been bent and having problems folding it down. Playfield has horrible touch ups everywhere. Broken plastics and ramps.
The coin door is new, back glass is original and perfect and it plays so it definitely has some very good points. These photos look much better than it actually does.
It came with a replacement playfield in much better condition, new decals and new cpr plastic set. I have spare ramps.

Show that girl some love and get her playing again.
If I get a pin it will be an early SS and it will need work. The less complicated, the better. Genie fits perfectly. Maybe not through the door, though.

Love a Genie, she is the best of the early Gottlieb Sys 1's.....but she *definitely* is a BBW!!! You ever try to move one??

Still doesn't look too bad and with all the spares you got with it, it should look great once you have given it the full resto treatment.
At least since it works, you can play it and enjoy it for a fair while as you get everything you need to do it up.
Just brought home my first total restoration (minus some small things) of this amazing Fathom! Right in time for the new year!

I'd love to know a bit more about this restoration. Did you do this yourself? It looks fantastic.

What's that framed Scared Stiff on the wall?
Finally got a TZ! I was not planning on getting anything soon after paying a bunch of bills. A friend out of the blue a few days ago tells me his nice one he has had for almost 10 years is for sale. I couldn't let a good opportunity pass so worked out a trade deal. I had to say bye to my ST pro but worth it. TZ is pretty much my grail pin and very nostalgic. Can't believe it's mine!
Nabbed a Stern POTC at an auction in the middle of nowhere. It's in really nice shape--it probably was never routed, so this is probably my first HUO pin.
The hammer price was very far below the going market price for these, and I was dumbfounded that I won it, so I pretty much drove home like I stole it, lol
