Quoted from Whysnow:

congrats! 2 fun games! That supersonic looks like it is in great shape!

I was gonna say looks like the first time Supersonic was set up since 1979.

Quoted from steve-o:

Grabbed two SS Bally projects pins last week.

Quoted from dasvis:

I was eyeing those in Roseburg & should have jumped on them dammit.
At least they went to a good home..

Quoted from Whysnow:

They are nice....I think my definition of "project" differs a little from Steve's haha (possibly flaked BG, rough cab, wear on PF, etc). Those things look great....the Supersonic looks like it was refurbed already. Definitely an awesome find if you got them for project prices.

#6605 2 years ago

AWESOME! I'll be more than happy to drive out and take it when you're done with it.

Not really my thing, but it was free so I'll play around with getting it working. If I can't, I'll pass it along to someone else to save it...

Found on side of street where a friend put it out. It was left in their new house when they bought it.

Got it at a auction today. Not too bad of shape, needs some love.

And needs a ColorDMD. You are missing the trunk. I enjoy my game and happy to have for 6 years already.

Yes Whysnow, both pins have been stored for 20+ years. Stored away from damaging elements and both appeared to have been very well maintained when last played. Just the usual rechargeable battery acid damage on both. They were best case scenario condition and offered up with 1 grainy photo each and described as "corroded" in condition. Very happy with both 6M$M and SST!

It wasn't actually today that I received it as the backglass shattered on it's move so I was waiting to shoot a pic of it until it was replaced. A machine I've always loved, and never thought I'd ever be able to afford, but somehow I did it! Monster Bash is alive at Bloodshed Deathbath Arcade!

It has been mis-stated that Six Million Dollar Man was the first and only six player game, but it is obvious it wasn't. And I think there was even at least one before this one. I would be more than happy to shoe that one into my short flipper, multiplayer collection.

Wish I was closer.

Yep. But there's only one of them out there somewhere. http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=3766

I posted these in the EM thread, but I like to post incoming here as well. This Domino and Stop N Go arrived in very nice shape yesterday. And a couple of bonus features inside.

Thanks buddy!

Indeed, and that was only the half of it.

I don't know, but I think I'll be getting my next games from Colorado and see if anything else turns up inside.

Quoted from Mopar:

It's rumored that he has a 1974 Chicago Coin GIN.

#6621 2 years ago

I don't know about GIN, but I just played both of these machines and they certainly brighten up my otherwise dull line up.

I understood he's holding his Gin, but might have
a shot at Fireball..

I'm glad the games arrived in good condition and that the bonus features arrived as well! I thought you might enjoy a beverage with a game of pinball.

Quoted from Mopar:

I don't have anything else for sale right now but when games are shipped I usually try to include some sort of suprise/gift inside for the buyer.

Thanks! Games are in place and soon so will I be.

#6625 2 years ago

Glad you enjoyed the surprise inside the coin box of each game...fun to send along an unexpected gift.

#6626 2 years ago

That's OK. I've sent boxes of avocados out and I'm not shy about it. You're on the list next time I get a decent crop.

#6627 2 years ago

Kind of hard to see in this picture, but I picked up a Silverball mania last Friday for a decent price. It was the first game I've ever purchased where I wasn't able to test the game before buying it so it was pretty nerve wracking. There was a destroyed board in the cabinet and 2 new boards already installed. Some of the wiring looked suspect. Long story short, after days of working on the machine it finally works and plays great. Someone restenciled the cabinet which is a plus.

I drove to Chicago and back last Saturday to pick up some high end speakers. My friend who goes to Wisconsin gave me a 12 pack of that beer. Now I Love Miller Lite and Coors Lite and that Spotted Cow is AWESOME!

Getting bad as me.

It has been suggested I move down to Jersey as I have been there so often or passed through in my to-ing and fro-ing collecting pins.

Definitely. That's not a title you see every day. Looks like a nice example too.

#6644 2 years ago

yeah, been on the hunt for this one for a long time.

Finally came via a friend down south that was kind enough to pass it along when he was done with enjoying it.

I'm the bottom of the barrel guy, I like projects...I sold a project with every intention of saving the money for a "Wish list game" ..well? I lasted a day....I had a little money, happened to look at craigslist....and drug this dirty thing home! Some of you understand the disease! I guess I'm going to need meetings to kick this!
Needs displays, lock down bar, shooter assembly(?), translite(I have original), whatever gremlins are in the circuit boards, And a ton of cleaning!!! It is cleaning up way better than I thought it would. Never mind the background mess....

Might check here and see if this is the right display and ask if it works.
